@Ludo
Not to be pushy or seem impatient but:

I just ordered on monday (march 23'rd) and saw this thread. I promptly sent an email to orders@jantyusa.com with the following:

"Hello, just wanted to send an e-mail saying that I have just sent my paypal payment for my order #2885. Just wanted to make sure there wasn't any backorders or delays pending with shipments. Thank you."

Also sent a copy of the message to info@jantyshop.com as per this thread. Haven't heard back from either yet.

I know that you and Jeff are getting all the backups / refunds solved from following this thread here.

Just wanted to check in and see that my order was still a go and that it wouldn't get lost in the mix (or the transition for that matter).

Thanks Ludo.

Okay, okay.. I was kindly reminded that using non-janty juice might void the warranty (we are not sure if that is still an accurate fact and the USA website is down still) so maybe that is why you could not wait for the juice. I apologize... but hope that this has taught you that you must always have 2 different devices AND some extra juice around. I started the Long Island Vapers Club so we can all know who vapes locally and that way if we ever get stuck or run out.... we will have someone to ask for extra parts/juice. Hope you got a response and that is why you haven't come back to respond (or you are watching the video and learning stuff lol :) )

This is to both of you who are complaining because of your own mistake...

If you have enough to buy analogs for a week (even if you only smoked a pack a day) then why didn't you just order some extra juice or an extra e-cig from another supplier? You could get a 901 and a 10ml of juice for $55 SHIPPED from some websites and have it is 3 days! How did you not KNOW you were running out of juice or carts? Don't you people pay attention to what you have left? If you were smoking a pack of cigs you would be AWARE if you only had 2 left!

Now that I have scolded you... to try to be helpful... if the kissbox is the same size as a penstyle (I think?) then maybe the penstyle from NJOY fit on it. If you have anywhere that sells NJOY near you.. you could buy a box of carts to hold you over (you should post and make sure they will fit the kissbox though cause they are supposedly a little expensive).

EDIT: I guess the carts are not compatible.. can't find anything on it... if you would change your info to show your location then a juice supplier who lives near you might be willing to meet with you or let you come pick up juice.

you need the... http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...2-new-updated-comprehensive-intro-vaping.html

I own several Janty products, and I've been extraordinarily careful to use only Janty liquids in Janty models because of the warranty issues. :) But that is one of the many reasons why I have several backup models from other manufacturers. :)

In any event, just wanted to chime in that I received a response from Jeff only a few hours after I forwarded my old e-mail to him. And, as always, Jeff was friendly and helpful. My warranty replacements will be sent out today.

I do understand the frustration that many have felt in their recent dealings with Janty . . . I have been a bit weary of it, too. But I love the products, I love Jeff, and I've decided to view this as a bump (albeit a rather large one) in the road. Now that they're in their new digs and shipments seem to be picking up, I'm hopeful that we'll be back to the excellent customer service that Janty built its reputation on.

Yeah, I'm a bit of a Pollyanna, but sometimes it's warranted. :)

but at least their juice is good :) Too bad I am allergic to PG.. but I got this for my partner anyway (in hopes that it will help him finally give up analogs).

Can someone post a link to where on thier site it states this, Cause I only have one bottle of thier juice and am not orderring anymore until things get better at Janty. I have other juice to use and it would be sad to have my new Dura-C sitting there with all this juice I cannot use.

Regarding the "only Janty juice" part of the warranty, refer to your user's manual . . . or you can download a copy from JantyShop while the US website is down.

Basically, in the Kissbox manual under the section entitled, "Original Kissbox Components," there's a statement about how using any cartridges or liquid other than Janty will destroy the atomizer. (Yeah, right.) Then at the beginning of the manual, there's a statement about how they won't accept warranty claims for any "wrong usage."

Read together, using non-Janty liquids/cartridges may void your warranty.

I'm assuming other manuals are similar.

Honestly, I don't think this is terribly unfair. There was a time when people were talking about various types of e-liquids frying their atomizers. When you think about the extremely long warranty on its parts offered by Janty, I don't think it's unreasonable for them to demand that you use liquids/cartridges approved by them to keep that warranty.

If you are reluctant to order from JantyUSA, DietSmokes.com also carries Janty liquids. DietSmokes has a live inventory site so that you can only order something if it's in stock . . . no backorder issues. Either they have it and you can buy it . . . or they don't and you can't. ;)

I see this on the USA website under "Terms", but nothing else. Only Janty liquid would be very restrictive. Good thing that is all I use. :D

WARRANTY: Atomizers and switches come with a 6 month warranty and batteries with a 3 month warranty.

It's in the product manual. You could use the non-warranty atomizers for other juices I would think.

Me too. I haven't written Janty off completely. Never had a problem with the wait on the Dura-C. In regards to the Dura-C, Janty has been spot on for that IMO. Pre-order sales said shipping March, last I checked it's still March. Esmoking101 promo said shipping in 2wks. So if the promo kits go out this week, Janty has performed exactly as promised. Yeah, I got an email or update here or there saying should/might/expected be in by ___, then will be shipping by ___. But that to me was not a guarantee of anything. Anything bought as being in stock, shipping in 1-4 days and it's 2-3wks later or the product received is not the product as it was advertised. Those people have a legitimate gripe.

Ludo and Jeff have resolved my issues on my orders even beyond what I required and are correcting the site. The site was my biggest beef. I do research everything before I buy which includes reading every bit of descriptions, fine print, etc. Even if I hate something, so long as it's true to what was advertised when I purchased, I've got no problems. I will give them a second chance on future orders.

With the state of all things e-cig at this point in time, I would never limit myself to any one device or supplier.
