No I didn't. I did get an email saying that they were waiting for the new switches and USB before they sent it out (so they wouldn't need to do it later, just have the working parts in the shipment) which would either be today or Monday. I guess that's good, huh?
Well, as far as I know the plant in the netherlands is still 200% in working-mode; but that is not 'the communicator'. So not getting answer doesn't mean they aren't working on getting all the orders ready 
got the same email from them myself. personally i would to have it in my hand right now, but on the other side i would rather recieve better functioning unit an wait a little longer.
That is good got a KB Yentl Bat that lights up but does not fire up the atomizer, the Atomizer works with the other one tho..

Argh! My replacement Yentl KB atomiser came through but now the two auto batts have died. Luckily I have a manual one that works, but I'm real twitchy about it. My KB Classic is down with a dead atomiser so I have one functioning KB unit that's reliant on 1 battery.
And I always smoke more when I'm nervous...
Gotta say I was hoping the high-end products would have a lower failure rate. Here's the score so far:
Janty Yentl KB: dead atomiser (replaced) two dead auto batts, one of which arrived with the replacement atomiser and was only bought as a backup. Crap out of the box. Depressing.
Janty Classic KB: dead atomiser, dead manual switch. Both worked out of the box, died within two days. Still trying to work out with Harry exactly what the problem is (ie is the manual switch really broken? There are no visual clues like the auto switch and without an atomiser it might as well be in Ellsworth)
Sedansa Nano II v2: dead battery (actually way too live. The damn LED won't go off, even unscrewed. Doesn't work otherwise)
njoy, nothing wrong yet, but I've only had it two days.
The low end isn't without failings, but they're easier to take at the price:
Generic Penstyle - one faulty batt (LED stays on, even if off charger or atomiser, but it still works)
Oh well, lots of chasing to do. Janty have been pretty cool about replacements, but I bet Harry's a busy guy right now.
