We ares sorry to announce that we have decided to retract the normal DURA auto batteries until further notice because of the too high failure percentage. We are working with JOYE to help them improve these batts.

Those who ordered a pre-sale normal "auto batteries" DURA set can mail Jeff for the US, at jeff@jantyusa.com or Harry at dispatch@jantyshop.com for Europe, mentioning their order number and ask for a free DURA-C batteries replacement.

Ludo: After reading your post I emailed Jeff, since I had a pre-order in for 2 Dura sets on Feb. 9th, and that still show as "processing" when I check the jantyusa.com web site.

I'm not totally understanding your post, can you explain? So those of us that placed the pre-orders for Dura's, will we now be waiting until the Dura-C's come out in March to get our kits with the 'new batteries'... or will replacement batteries be sent in March to replace the batteries sent to us? :confused:

This DURA model is a model we co-developed with Joytech and we are overwhelmed by the tremendous interest it has generated, most of the talk of it being the potential ultimate DSE901 killer. Although maybe a little bit more pricey, we still follow the market price and thus keep the price in line with what the other suppliers did in their respective countries.

For the new DURA-C with the JANTY patented manual switch design, we will do the same and start from the last published price of 58.95 USD for a set.

As a trusted brand who firmly believes in what consumers want please also stay tuned for the new JANTYSTICK and JANTY CAMEO, 2 beautiful products with enormous potential.

@mixxy: the status on the website is pro-forma (can't change that) don't take it in account.
Those who ordered the DURA and want manual switched batteries instead can mail Jeff or Harry to arrange for a swap.

I had ordered the pre-sale Dura, have been waiting for it to ship and emailed Jeff as you said above to ask for the Dura-C replacement. Looking forward to his response.

On another note, I googled cameo, chameleon and got hits for a chameleon breeding video and for "Karma Chameleon."

So, can we expect a tiny reptile ecig or a Boy George looking device? ;)

I just tried to e-mail jeff and I got back a delivery failure notice with the fallowing error code:

I had the same problem and sent to the info@jantyusa.com email and received a prompt and nice response from Jeff.

Hadn't thought that Ludo might be referring to you as a chameleon:)
But the chameleon part makes me think of a 3rd option. An ecig that changes color to blend with the background. What a discreet smoke that would be!

hrmm, I have been trying to get ahold of jeff with no luck. I have been having quite a few problems, and I am sure he'll take care of them as you all have seemed to have good luck with janty CS. But not good luck for me at all. I ordered a minifogger beginning of Feb. It was supposed to come with an extra atomizer and didn't. One battery was DOA. Just won't recharge. I emailed jeff right away about spare atomizer and replacement battery. Also, a week later my atomizer broke. Still works, but physically broke. I emailed him and he said he'd get out the new atomizer right away. I emailed him to remind him of the battery/spare atomizer too. I got in yestarday a dura atomizer. No minifogger atomizer(X2), no minifogger battery, just a dura atomizer. Plus I have put in an order for a kissbox, and a Dura, and haven't received either of them yet. I emailed Jeff three times since ordering with no responses. :(
