Hi everybody. I've just received my janty kissbox yentl with 3 atomizers. I tested it with full batteries and I'm having a low vapour production. Is it normal? I tried to put some e-liquid in the cartridge but it continues the same thing. My DSE102 and my 901b produces much more vapour. Sometimes I get a little burnt taste.

Did you try all 3 atomizers? Also, make sure to charge initially for a good 12+ hours. I think Janty recommends 16 if my memory serves me right.

You may also want to try blowing out the atomizers. Sometimes they get factory prime junk stuck in there and built it. If I ever notice a hard draw from the factory, I try to get all the excess stuff out.

New filled cartridge and you should be golden!

i had the same issue with mine, wasn't sure if that was just the way it was, or if i had a bad part. It turned out to be a bad atomizer. I used a friend's yentl, they have massive vapor when everything is working well. try the other atomiers and see or contact janty.

And yes, it is a very long initially charge. charge for 16 hours, use for 20 mins, charge for 4 more hours and you're set.

I've charged the batteries for 16 hours. I tryed all the 3 atomizers. I have a small quantity of vapour with all of them, but I think that my yentl batteries are good. The problem that I can see is that all the yentls doesn't produce the same ammount of vapour as a 901b.

Cash, can I put boiling water in the atomizer?

try 3 drops of liquid directly on the atomizer and use an empty cartridge, you should have plenty of smoke. If so, getting no smoke with the cartridge means your cart is dry or the tissue is not close enough to the atomizer bridge to guide the liquid to the atomizer chamber... in which case you can ask for replacement for either cart or atomizer. You can try to pull out the tissue a little bit and check if you get smoke...
