According to many, Japanese Cotton is the best performing wicking material on the market today! However, it's becoming difficult to come by!
In Canada, many of the online shops have sold out (shepora.com). Some ecig vendors are carrying them, but charging up to $3 per pad.
The other option (thanks Larry) is actually going to your local Bay, Shoppers or even a high end spa to locate the cotton. (some carry, some don't)
Two Japanese manufactures make them. Either Shiseido or Koh Gen Do....same product.
If you can't find a retailer in your city, the Bay does have an online store, and is selling it at the right price for the bulk/lifetime supply (available as we speak, and I just ordered)....shipping is very acceptable.
