Ordered some juice today and had an email confirmation in less than 2 hours. Hope it gets here sooner than later.
Ordered the sampler kit on 5/2 and just got the shipping email yesterday (5/12). Post office still not showing the tracking.
Maybe they don't start blowing the glass bottles until you order either LOL. Seriously, I'm in no hurry, so it's not a big deal, but definitely not the place I'd order from if I was short on liquid 8-o

considering its made in america makes me a little happy for that. Dont get me wrong i love the others but JC is made right here in the USA and that makes me proud...consider this there juice is made fresh....they nail the flav to the T and so what it doesn't have a harsh throat hit..that makes my throat less dried out and I dont have throw down a bottle of water just hydrate my throat. And miing there PG with VG creat a huge vapor cloud and the taste is perfect. well at last to me. TW isn't to shabby but I love JC juice. mmmmmmmmmmm artic mist
I placed my order on the 5th and just got my shipping email today. I've e-mailed jc twice and requested a reply but I've been ignored. Really makes me feel like they don't need the business. They won't get any more from me after I receive what I ordered 9 days ago. I'll find a company that cares.
i ordered from them took 1.5 weeks to get it..no biggie the flavors were definitly the bonus only ordered pg instead of vg..found out im allergic to pg...so when i order next will be vg then ill be happy!! dh is happy since i ordered 2 starter kits pg he got both...
I am one of those unlucky folks who can't vape PG, so I am limited as to my suppliers. Even the other sites that carry JC juice only seem to carry PG and not the VG. I have found VG at Juicy Juice in addition to JC. Do any of you know of any other sites with VG juice? If so, I would love to know about it. I loved PS's apple flavor, but that is when I ran into trouble with the PG juice and had to quit it.
I will say this for JC: when I found them I was only two days away from going out of town for a week and was desparate so as not to go back to analogs full time (I still do 4 or so a day, down from a pack or more in about a month's time) they came through for me. I paid for next day shipping, but received no shipping notice. After an email "pushing" for at least a response, they emailed and said that they were trying to get it out to me but that they fill all orders in the order they are received with no regard as to type of shipping chosen.
I felt doomed; however, the next day, before noon (as I had requested because I had an afternoon flight), my package from them appeared on my porch with a driver wanting my signature. I'll be inclinded to cut them a little slack, at least for now, given their rush for me when I explained my situation.
That said, I still would love to know of other sources for VG juice. Thanks, all, and I'm sorry for such a long post (and story).

The last order I placed was for the Tobacco flavor and took a good week to get here. I really like a few of their flavors, but I wouldn't get too low on juice before placing an order!
Just got my order from them, and it took a while. I ordered non-PG for my husband, but I got PG instead.
That said, I tried it myself and I'm keeping it. Delicious! Vaping heaven! I'll definitely order from them again.

just an update.. ordered on 5/4 .. stuff came in today. (5/13) can't say much about it because it is sitting at the post office.. but i am relieved as i am down to about 3 or 4 ml of juice. i hope this stuff is gold because if it isn't i will not be ordering from JC again..

I didn't like the juice much either. Gave my sampler pack away.
But on the up side it was nice to have had the option of purchasing a sampler pack. That way it was not a big investment and I got to try all the flavors before deciding if I liked it or not.
Just wanted to say, I haven't been vaping for long, but I love JC's Tennesse Cured as well... Definitely my everyday flavor.
If you are having skin problems and vaping PG, you need to talk with Spikey. She's a regular on here, so I'm sure she'll respond to you. Search for Spikey and hives to try to get the first thread on it. If this doesn't work, send her a PM.
A sample kit can be PG or non-PG (which is VG). It should say on your packing slip or on the bottles (tiny boxes on the back, see what is checked). At least that's how the regular bottles are marked.
I don't care for JC either. I received a 3ml bottle of their marlboro? flavor as a freebee with a PV I purchased from Vapor Guys. Quite frankly, if I could smoke their pretty little bottle it would taste a LOT better than the stuff inside it.

I get JC's TN Cured and it is currently my daily vape. I switch with a Marlboro flavor for variety, but its pretty good. My last order came in (about 5-6 days for me) and was Kona but marked TN Cured. They were pretty quick about sending me a shipping label to mail it back. Hope its not too long to get the right stuff! I figure people make mistakes, but if my supplier in China screwed up I wouldn't even think of sending it back. Just write-off as the risk of doing business with China! So they screwed up, but they fixed and stood by thier own policies. I am happy.
