I ordered the sampler pack with my first ecig and it's been roughly two weeks so I figured I'd give my opinion on their stock.

Tennessee Cured - By far, my favourite, this one will be a staple in my house. It's strong yet smooth with a lovely burnt caramel taste. They claim vanilla, but I don't taste it. Anyway, it's delicious and I would highly recommend it.

Original tobacco - This one is alright. It's not bad at all but I have better things to spend my money on. A very subtle taste, slightly sweet but it dries my mouth out the most of any other juices.

Smooth Hickory - Yuck. Didn't care for this one at all. I'm sure there are some that will like it and even love it but it wasn't for me. Again, really dried out my mouth and somewhat irritated my throat. Too peppery for me.

Arctic Mint - Nice, cool, subtle, refreshing. Nothing to write home about but it was pleasant. I could vape this regularly. No real bite but a nice cool minty taste. I'd compare this one of those chalky after dinner mints, not an altoid.

Chocolate Almond Decadence - I had really high hopes for this one but was sadly let down. Smooth taste, nice and wet but the flavor was lacking. I could somewhat tell it was chocolate but it wasn't very strong and even a hint of almond was absent.

Peach Cobbler - Love it. A cool, wet taste. Sweet, but not too sweet. Quite delicious. No real throat hit but this one produced some good vapor and the flavor is one of the strongest of all their flavors. I might pick this one up again.

Mint Chocolate Madness - Again, like the chocolate almond, somewhat of a disappointment. It must be something to do with chocolate flavor. This one didn't dry me out either but the flavor was way too subtle. I could taste both the mint and chocolate but not enough to want to buy it again.

Sweet Strawberry - Mouth watering. I was surprised that I liked this one seeing that I don't really care for strawberries. Light sweet taste with a little pep, good vapor but no real throat hit. I enjoy mixing this with minty flavors such as Jane's Abandon Mint. I'll have to try it with someone's chocolate juice to get a chocolate covered strawberry next time. I would definitely recommend this one.

Wild Cherry - This one was in the running for worst against ol' Hickory. I didn't care for this one at all. Too medicinal and really harsh. I was downing bottles of water while vaping this to counteract the dryness. Don't recommend this one.

Vanilla Ice Cream - Bleh! I can't really judge this one too harshly because I despise vanilla flavors and scents. It produced good vapor and didn't dry me out but the flavor almost made me gag. Nuff said.

I tested all of my flavors on a freshly cleaned atomizer with a freshly charged battery just incase you were curious.

So, my top recommendations are (in order) Tennessee Cured, Peach Cobbler, and Sweet Strawberry. My flavors to avoid are (in order) Smooth Hickory, Wild Cherry, and Chocolate Almond Decadence.

Overall, I enjoyed Johnson Creek a lot. The vapor production was very good and although the liquid is thinner than some, I didn't find myself topping off too much more than other suppliers. I look forward to seeing some new flavors from them in the future. My biggest recommendation goes to Tennesse Cured. Get yourself a bottle and hopefully you'll be thanking me ;)

Also, I'd really like to try British Bulldog. I keep hearing all the great reviews from across the pond.

Nice review Foxy.

I tried the JC sampler recently and loved the vanilla ice cream more than any of the others. I think vanilla is yummy though so it's horses for courses I suppose.

Agreed. I worked in the stationary department of a retailer for about 4 years surrounded by sickeningly sweet tahitian vanilla candles and I think that did me in. I retch whenever I smell vanilla now.

I'm glad you can give an honest review of it. Thanks :D

Just a word on the problems with JC's formula/filtering/atomiser killing problems.

There have been no reports of problems since the latest recipe was brought out until someone said this yesterday:

"What I am also concerned about is the Non-PG juice sample pack from JC that I'm using, one of the bottles had cloudy white stuff floating in it and after reading some here I take it this is not a good thing "

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...atomizers-dead-within-2-days-2.html#post71441

And this:

"Just got the juice a couple of weeks ago, they are really faint little cloudy wisps in the smooth hickory sample. I think I'll toss it then, I don't want to take any undo risks."

Either someone is still selling old stock or there are still problems with JC.

I suppose I could just ask JC but I was curious if anyone on here knew...

My sampler was clean as a whistle, no problems with atomisers. I do plan on ordering again for some Tennessee Cured. If this mysterious cloudiness appears in one my future orders, does JC make good on taking back the bad batch and sending out a new one?

My sampler arrive yesterday. So far i will agree with pretty much everything fox has said. Although to my newbie senses it seems like i don't get as much vapour as i do with kick juice (supplied with my starter kit). This could also be down to me still learning how to use this new toy.

Tennesee cured is def a fav, arctic mint also good, the choc flavors were definitely a dissapointment.
Will check back in once i've had a bit more experience with all the flavours. Also i have some new atmoizers ordered. Maybe vapour will improve them.

Hey UkUsa -

While some of the JC flavors put out decent vapour, none of them compare to Jane's Kick juice. I'm no expert but I believe the more viscous liquids put out more vapor.

Now I've heard pros and cons on JC. I've decided to get just a plain basic GP. No flavor. Heard it's better on my poor decrepit lungs.

Can anyone guide me here as to a site better than JC? I WAS going to see if JC had it because it seemed to get good reviews. Now I'm confused and running out. Need to get some real soon.

Thanks in advance.

Love this forum!

:confused: I thought that the PG was the cause of wapor produced,
so the more pg the more vapor? rigth?...wait a minute maybe not!

i believe you're right singalo. PG and VG are the vapor producers. VG is said to produce more vapor but has a tendency to overpower flavors. I believe the JC may use a more diluted PG hence why their liquid seems a little thinner than others.

That would make sense that a more viscous liquid would do that. The kick juice does have more flavor too. But ..... for the price, the JC sampler is a good package to get to try different flavours and good to experiment with while getting used to using the ecig. Really love the little dropper bottles they use. Can get that dropper all the way to the bottom of the cart when filling.

I can't find the one to reply to about PG and VG. I was told by JC that the only difference is the vapor of the VG, besides it being vegetable base, lingers in the air longer. I also heard someone say it's stickier.

This Jane's Kick Juice? What's the site to go to? Dang, I just put in an order with PureSmoker but it gets really good reviews from what I've heard people say. So, I'll taste JKJ later.;)

Ladybug .... Katy at thesmokelessshop.com also sells kick juice but doesn't have the range of flavours that the ecigarette sales USA does.

I only mention her store because i have had good service so far from her. AFter seeing the prices at ecig usa i may have to give them a try....... Decisions decisions !!!!!
