I keep seeing "Tennesse Cured Tabacco" and "Vanda" coming up, and weirdly enough those are the two flavors i tried first of all.

Those two are the only ones I ever re-ordered out of the dozen or so JC juices I've tried. My last order from them included a 15ml bottle of Autumn Crisp, which could've easily become an ADV... if I hadn't discovered that MBV's Caramel Apple was more to my liking (and a heck of a lot less expensive, too). Still haven't found a vanilla that's quite like Vanda, although I've been trying. I'm looking forward to revisiting it sometime in the near future. I'll toss in a sample bottle of Merango while I'm at it.

I really like Johnson Creek's juices. Their tobacco flavors don't let me down, the quality of the juice, the great customer service, and fast shipping makes me happy. I have tried others, and so far they haven't lived up to the hype for me. I am not saying that there may be better juices out there, but I haven't found them yet (at least for tobacco flavors). Fancy names, limited quantities or being out of stock on something for weeks, or having to order when they decide to be 'OPEN' may make them seem special or unique, but to me it's a PITA. If you are in to gummy bears, candies, cola, or really really sweet stuff then I am sure that there are other sites that will be better suited for you; but for me I am looking for an analog replacement that will satisfy my cravings and Johnson Creek fits my needs.

I have no problem firing them in the four different devices that I have (re: burnt atties) and with my VV/VW I can fine tune each one individually to bring out the taste (nuances) of each juice just fine in my ProTanks (re: no flavor). Also, I think some people may be judging them by some of their earlier juices which have since been improved upon. For example: Rainer>Black Cherry, Tundra>Arctic Menthol, Domestic or Tennessee Cured>JC Original or Silverthorn. Hopefully they are working on an improved version of their Espresso.

In regards to personal favorites: Tennessee Cured, Domestic, and Tundra are my go-to favorites, but I like mixing up the others as well. I'll do Rainer with Swiss Dark, Vanda with Swiss Dark, Tundra with Domestic and Swiss Dark, and even Tennessee Cured with Domestic. It's kind of fun playing with the flavors and ratios.

As far as trying to re-create Blu's Flavors, I got close (at least for my tastes):
Magnificent Menthol - Four parts Tundra, One part Domestic (or try Three parts Tundra, One part Domestic, One part Swiss Dark)
Cherry Crush - Four parts Rainer, One part Domestic (or try Three parts Rainer, One part Domestic, One part Swiss Dark)

Like everybody says, 'Taste is subjective.'

For all of you JC lovers; what delivery system are you guys using? I found cartomizers performance with JC Juice to degrade quickly. JC Original is okay but light in flavor in opinion. I love Tennessee Cured but I feel like cartos, attys, clearos all start to fail rather quickly after I start using JC in them.

Is it all in my head?! Help!!

The Tennessee Cured (Red Oak version) is the only one to me that seems to need more maintenance than the others. I don't know what's in it that could cause this since they have other flavors that are just, as if not more, sweet. It's still one of my favorites though. I use cartomizers while on the road and Kanger ProTanks and at home. I just wash the heads after every two refills and the dry burn the coil until it glows a consistent red (push button for five seconds and then rest 5-10 seconds and repeat until done).

Having said that, I find that mixing Domestic (much much better than their Original) with Tennessee Cured in a 50/50 ratio is the best of both worlds in terms of flavor and any gunking issues. It's one of my ADV's.
