Very close actually, the only difference I can see is that the one I was using had 3 very small half square shape cuts in the bottom of the base

That's a CE4 clone from fasttech. I bought a boatload of them for trying new flavors and testing my DIY liquids. The cost was less that 1.50 each, shipped. I don't even bother cleaning them. Use them once, and toss them and pop another one open for the next new flavor.

They're Ok, but there are many better, longer lived options available, including the Kanger tanks you've already looked at.
