I'm in two minds about jon@safe-cig now. Yes he is flouting all the recommendations on e-cig vending etiquette advised here but it would be one fluke of a miracle if he is selling these by the end of the year at any rate.
Big Smoke, Big Pharma and .gov all are aware of these and how they are impacting their revenue. Trying to hush one supplier's outspoken misleading pitches won't slow the regulation that is coming. It's already in the post.
We may well be paying Glaxo-njoy and Johnsons & Ruyan an exorbitant fee for the privilege of vaping this time next year. Why not let him make a quick buck while they're pulling their socks up? I should be doing it myself. He just better be aware that: false advertising + sue-happy state-siders = quick buck too and if he's trading as a sole-trader...he'll stand to lose a lot more than he bargained for.
