Joye 510 manual USB passthrough not worknig

Well anyway I rec'd the 510 passthrough last thursday, it was all working fine. Then last nite, I thought i was going to sleep so I unplug the usb from the passthru. But then I couldn't sleep, and forgot to plug the usb back for the passthru and kept using it. It worked for a couple of hours then later it didn't work no more, then I realize the usb wasn't plug in. I plug it back in, and it still didn't work. I reinstall the battery and still it didnt work. Do I need to wait for the battery in the passthru to get fully charge again before it works again?

yes you will have to leave it plugged in for a couple hours to charge before it will work again. hopefully you didnt discharge the inline battery to the point where it wont recharge.

I lefted it there charging for about 3 hours and it still nto working. Does that mean it's dead? I just had it for a few days

Oh shawn if it still doesn't work after i charge it over nite, is there a warranty on that item? The purchase date on that is 01/02/2011, i just received the shipment last thursday.

The USB passthru is working now, i had to charge it w/ a wall adapter.

sure its still under warranty. use the contact us link of the website. also make sure you dont use it unplugged for very long as you will kill the battery.
