I get a full day to a day and a half with my style of vaping. I have no complaints. I barely got more than that with my dual parallel 18650 devices. Was primarily running in power mode but recently I have switched to TC with 316 SS the cuboid rocks with this setup. Better than any other device I've tried with SS. Resistance is spot on with their 316 profile and I'm hooked now. Tried ni200, Ti, but IMHO SS is the future and the cuboid seems to be made for it.

So you're saying that battery life with the Cuboid is about normal for dual battery mods then. Good to know :thumb:, and relieving as well , since this is my first dual battery mod of any kind. I'm getting more attached to mine as the days go by :hubba:. I'm using it in Power mode only, with a Lemo V1 on top as I type, and am quite content.

Did ya'll see where the VTC mini just had a firmware update ? Maybe the Cuboid is next in line for whatever reason. Thanks for you're comment Major, it helps all of us dual battery Noob's. ;)

Edit: I've got decreased hearing, about 70% good in both ears, and it's the kind where I have trouble with High pitch sounds, so if ya'll are talking High pitches from the Cuboid then mine might, or might not have it. I dunno ? I do remember that Sigelei boxes had that problem at one point in time also (I think with the 150 TC), I don't think it effected anything adversely, except the users OCD that is. ;)

I am in need of a Box mod around the price of a cuboid / Eleaf TC 100 that can last all day for a 1.5-2 pack a day smoker. Will most likely be using a Crown Uwell or a Zpal coral but open to suggestions. Looking for reliability over performance, any help would be appreciated.
Those tanks can go through e-liquid pretty quick depending on what coil your using and the wattage your running them at, which will determine your battery life.
Do you have any current setups right now?
Tbh even with a Dual 18650 mod you still should carry spare batteries with you as your vaping habits can be different from others.

That said, The Cuboid and Eleaf 100W TC are both great mods for the price.

If the istick 100w TC can't get you thru a day with dual parallel 18650s you might be SOL. The only other option in this price range might be the RX200 it uses (3) 18650's.

I haven't vaped before and this would be for someone else who is trying to switch from cigarettes to vaping. I was thinking a dual coil setup running round 80-100w?

Thanks, I will look into that. Do you perhaps know of good tank that will hold around 5ml of juice, is top loaded. Looking for reliability / ease of use over performance since this person won't be chasing clouds but just trying switch from cigarettes to vaping without having to refill more than once a day.

I concur on the poor battery life, both in power mode (low-ish wattage around 30) and Temp. mode. I have used new Samsungs and new Sony VT4's, little or no difference. I Make it to around 6-7PM, about one 3.5ml. tank. My single battery DNA40 squonker is much better with a single 18650 at about the same power. Also, the good 'ol DNA40 works better and hits harder in temp. mode. I now use the Cuboid exclusively in power mode.
I get a full day and refill my griffin about 5-6 times ( roughly 15mls+) 50w

Lasts what seems exactly as long as my IPV4( another dual series mod)

What wattage do you use in temp control for SS?
