Here is the youtube disassembly video. I think the language is russian but it gives a good view of how it comes apart and how the internals are arranged.

Looks like it can be done without damaging the screen cover, but you'll have to be very patient with it. It seems odd to me that the design requires the screen cover to be removed before taking out the two T5 screws on the top to dissemble it. That is similar to the way an istick 30W comes apart. When I repaired an istick 30W, I bent the screen cover between the Up and Down buttons, and that left a mark. So just be careful and take your time. The screen cover will be the most easily damaged at the Up/Down button area, after you start taking it off.

Too bad he didn't show what it takes to get that cover pried up enough to get his screwdriver under it in the first place. :?: It is surrounded by metal without much of a gap, and that will be the most difficult part to do without marring the cover. Maybe something like a razor blade can be inserted at the top gap enough to get the screen started on its way up.

I wish you the best in your effort. :thumb:

Or if I could find the correct color black to match the black Cuboid, I could just paint the top screen piece. I just hate the super long Screen piece and it getting scratched or being a finger print magnet.

I also use my right hand and fire with my finger, with this mod the screen would be in my palm, Im not sure how comphy this would be For Me to thumb fire. Im used to the Sig 150W TC, so. I have super small hands for a guy, so Im looking for a small yet powerfull mod.

Having not found one local I ordered a Black Cuboid form VapeNW yesterday. (also bought the tank)

Please forgive the off topic question but is there an RBA head for the tank available yet? (I like the idea of opening the top and the coil comes off with it leaving a 'cup' of a tank behind)
From what I understand it's not 100% established yet that the Cubis will even have an rba deck.

I got mine for $35 from VapeNW. $35?! for 200 Watts?! And TCR?! Craziness. Plus, it's a good mod.
Vapenw is a great way to go when you are spending more than $75 to get the free shipping and with Cuboid @ $35.99 & RX200 @ 39.95 as well it just puts you over the free shipping threshold - Quick ship - 2 great mods - Tough to beat those prices! Sorry I already ordered both from china!

Well My Cuboiod from Vaporizers Distributor Arrived at the house Today. Took a bit longer to arrive than I had hoped but for $34.99 from China I can't complain. Clean lines and not as big and clunky as I thought it would be but every bit as Solid. No taller than a flask and fits the hand. Gonna take a while to get used to thumb firing but all in all not bad at all!

Mine from cigabuy already shipped, but VaperBox (thanks for the tip @Xexist) is supposed to get some stock over the next couple of days and they ship expedited, so I expect to have one within a week. Already put one of my IPV4's up for sale (don't like safe queens). They got the best pricing on those in Canada by far. Cancelled my FT order; who knows when they'll have some in stock.
