Everyone has to find what works for them. I am really happy I got the eRoll. I am a fairly simple vaper. Started on 510 batts, moved up to some egos, then the twist and the spinner. Never felt a need for mods or anything. But the eRoll fits everything I wanted. The power of an unregulated ego, the ego c atomizer which performs great, and a perfect cig sized device. Plus a cool case that happens to look great next to my phone. :) I am grateful to have finally found the perfect setup for me. I hope everyone has the same luck, even if it isn't an eRoll.

Ya, I basically have the same setup but use smokeless image gear. I was looking at getting the eroll for I guess the "sex appeal" but after reading I don't see anything practical about this setup, just potential headaches.

The 'practical' part of it is that it's got a nice PCC and does not require disassembly to recharge. I carry a bottle of liquid with me and it's very portable.

The only headache is a very minor amount of leaking. I'd rather have that than have to disassemble it to recharge it, so it's up to you which is more important.

All MHO of course.

Ok I have given up. Charged up my blu this morning. For me the eRoll is a bust. Are the batteries better? Yes, but that is it. The liquid delivery system is plagued with leaking issues. The tanks don't hold enough liquid. The eRoll is not a good portable kit. There is no place to store a spare battery, tanks, or atomizers.

I filled a blu and the eRoll with the same liquid. I got the same amount of vapor and the same flavor.Leaks, never not even one drop. One blu cartomizer last me the entire day and I have 5 more in the pcc, with a spare battery. One contained system. Are the batteries worse? Yes, but with a spare battery in the pack I have never had an issue. The blu is a complete mobile vaping system.

I have vaping for about 2 months. 57 days on blu, 3 days on eRoll.

While based on eric's experience i can't say there aren't potential issues, i haven't had any. no leaking. not a drop. i would never switch from the eroll to blu or si .the size difference is a big factor. eroll is comfortable to hold in my mouth almost like a real cig

The size and portability, convienience and size of the ecig and pcc is unmatched in my opinion. the only issue is finding a nice little case for spare carts when i am out for long periods.

I have been vaping 6 months today. i have used about every type system out there. i love my mechanical mod and vw devices with an rba for pure vaping pleasure but none of them are practical as on the go active lifestyle devices. you can't take them without constantly being aware of where the are how the are stored etc.

eRoll honestly is almost as convienience as a pack of cigs and a lighter

Obviously every one has their own opinions and experiences. just want to encourage everyone to find a device that works for them.

If the unit did not leak it would be a decent unit. This is what it looks like every time I charge the eRoll. photo (8).jpgIt might be that I have a bad unit. I have emailed Joyetech, and emailed the place I purchased the eRoll from. At this point I would not recommend the eRoll to anyone. Yes you might get a newer unit that does not leak, or you could get one like mine. The problem is a known flaw that the company has fixed with a new design, but they didn't recall the old bad units. In fact they kept shipping the bad ones. Talking the store owner from whom I purchased the unit, he just received this unit from joyetech a week ago.

I have changed , 3 attys,7 tanks,2 batteries, 2 cones and 8 liquids. There is no temperature change except the heat from charging the battery(if any). The leak is the joint between the cone and the battery. If I tape the joint it will stop for a while, but after a 3-4 charges the liquid seeps through the tape joint.

Are you filling the tank from the top or the bottom? It looks to me like you are filling it from the wrong end. The juice is in the chambers where the airflow should be.

That would be hilarious, i sure hope not, however no one seems to have a leaking issue as bad as he does

I didn't look closely at the picture at first but uh.. I think you're right. That's definitely not filled correctly, and if it was, it's definitely a defective tank.

That said, I fill mine from the correct end, and I see the exact same sort of leak. Stems from where the cone meets the battery and spreads both directions, just as you see in his picture.

I get the leak too, but its not in the quantity of his photo, and its only now and then when the inside of my ecig gets full of condensation. At that point i just clean it out, and no more leakage until its starts to get dirty again

Also he said its like that with new stuff. If i fill a new cart, and put it in a clean eroll, no leak

That is unacceptable. If mine leaked I would be upset. If mine leaked like that, I would be ...... and asking for a refund.

Check out all that condensation in the tank. I got those marks on my white once from a little cone leak, but it ended up drying out. I think the paint is slightly porous

I don't really see that much condensation in the tank. Mine has visible droplets and still no leaks.

It kind of looks like the cone is too wide for the battery? The looking closely at mine under a loupe, if anything the cone is ever so slightly smaller in diameter than the battery. Yours looks the opposite (although it could just be the photo).

Is the cone slightly larger than the battery on you unit?
