I have one of these kits in a cart with extra pack of atomizer and tanks. Before I pull the triigger on this expensive toy, I plan to carry two batts, one in the charger plus on assembled. Will I get leaky mess in my pocket?

Maybe, if the cart comes off. Really there is no reason to use it that way. Use the one in the pcc, and replace after using. You could just carry a charged battery without a cart as a backup, but I don't find it necessary.

Thanks. I was thinking about the extra batt really just so I would have a spare tank, trying to imagine what my gear carrying situation would be like. Any suggestions would be helpful. Right now I carry an 808 with carto plus PPC with spare batt/ 3 extra cartos.

I have done this when I go to work. 1 in the PCC and 1 fully assembled and filled in my scrub top pocket. I have not had any problems with leaking. :)

P.S. But I do think about the cart coming off and check it every once in awhile.

There are small pill boxes at walgreens, 2 for $1.79 or $0.99 each that carry 3 carts perfectly. I carry one with me with filled carts. I don't carry an extra battery or atomizer at this point as I have become confident in the system over time. Initially I carried the extra battery and an atomizer. Never needed them.

I do that all the time. No problem with leaks. The carts fit really snug. It comes with 2 batts, but you need an extra cone. I don't mess with the pcc when I'm driving, so having 2 works well. Anything hands free for that matter. It's a lot lighter than your 808.

Me too. I toss an extra eRoll in my pocket so that I can switch between two flavors if I'll be gone all day. I have never had a leak with the batt in my jeans pocket or tossed in my bag.

I HAD MAJOR LEAKS,
ill explain though, my unit is perfectly fine. however ive had leaking issues in the beginning and for no apparent reason at that time. changed flavors with a new cartridge and poof no leaks, EVER AGAIN. i forgot about which cartridge was problematic and few days ago must have popped it back on and every time i look at the eroll in the pcc, its leaking all over the place.

So i would definitely be worried only if your unit leaks with all your cartridges. and more that likely the next cause if no one mentioned already, is a warped atomiser cover? those things are easily bent and youd never know. switch those around will prob fix ur issues as well

I had one leak as well. But I'm fairly sure I just overfilled my tank with a really thin juice. It was a new battery and atomizer cover, and I thought that was the issue, but after cleaning it well and refilling, it never leaked again. And now I never have leaks, whether they are in the pcc, in my hand, in my pocket, tossed in my bag, or left sitting on my desk for a day or two. So I'm pretty sure my one leak was due to user error with my first black tank.

To push the spike back in, I use a hobby knife (a butter knife would probably work as well) and press the atty between that and my thumb, and work my way around the spike to make sure it's going in evenly. I'm not sure I'm explaining this very well, so here is a pic. I use both hands when pressing it, but one had to take the picture. :)

Actually the one I'm using is extremely dull. :) I definitely don't recommend doing this with a very sharp blade. This blade has moved to my vaping supplies box now and I just use it for pulling attys apart and putting them back together. Anything metal and flat would probably work.

I'm doing the same too. Just purchased an extra 'cone' and a 5-pack blank replacement tank-cartridges. I carry a few of those pre-filled in a pillbox (those tanks come with a soft silicone cap) and none leaked so far.

My PCC seems to take longer to charge and is not delivering as many charges to the eRolls. I think it's on the blink or about to be. This isn't bad since I've used these continously for the last 3 months or so. Anyway, looking to get at least another PCC- possibly just go in for a complete kit...Where seems the best place/price for these at the moment (with coupon, etc.)?

Based on feedback here finally pulled the trigger. I just bought a kit from elite vaporworks for $59.99 that includes two atty cones. Maybe not the best price but they are local and free shipping :). I also picked up extra 5 pack of attys and 15 tanks, so hopefully I'm set for a while.

20rocky will get you this kit JOYE eRoll Starter Kit - $60.00 : Rocky Mountain Vapor, The Mountain top of Electronic Cigarettes ,in black or silver, for $48ish (free shipping). Better deal to buy the kit IMO. I think the cheapest I've seen the PCC with charging cable for was $40+.

LitecigUSA did have just the case (no charger cable) for $35.

eRoll : from Canadian Vendors

I picked up my eRoll from CanVapes retail store. Did my research, and found them the cheapest in the market now. And yes, their e-juices r cheaper than the rest here as well. Besides, the guys out there r very friendly & accommodating. And our emails to them get replied almost instantly.

Online price: $60, +13% HST, +$10 Shipping = $77.80, takes 48-72hrs. to arrive
Store price: $70 (all inclusive), instant - enough stocks available

Hey Junkman, Is this the pill box you are refering too? Thanks in advance.
