Wow, just got my eroll and I am very impressed with the flavor and hit. Somewhere between a carto and clearomizer, but much closer to the carto. Now if I can just get me one of those pill holders and get my situation organized. Most of the bottles have blunt tips so its tricky to fill the tanks but not impossible.

Yeah, a syringe is the way to go with these. I have never been able to fill them with any of my juice from the bottle without removing the end cap. And I don't like removing the end cap, it is kind of difficult and I believe will end up breaking or leaking if I do it a lot.

It's just too simply to put a loaded tank on when time. I like it the way it is. Assorted interesting see thru colors would be fun. Something iridescent! Maybe fine sparkle see thru gold to match the tip. Yes I'm a chick.

Yep, a goldish one'd look good!

If I had to use a syringe to fill them, in the trash they would go.
In other words, you're not doing it right.
:)

Have you tried filling them by method which needs a name?

It is basically where you "put" each drop on the edge of the hole in the open end where the tank impales on the spike.
And by "put" I mean place that drop on there manually, and it will get sucked right in.

I think I would like to call it the "Drip/Suck Method" but this is a democracy so we'll see.

I have tried but it doesn't suck in.

It sits there.

So, it just doesn't work for me. I find the syringe very fast and I do all my carry carts at the same time. Takes about 2 minutes to do 6+ carts and that includes uncapping and capping them.

I have syringes because I used them on my RBAs. If I COULDN'T use a syringe I would toss these as too much trouble.

edit: Just got a head rush, that hasnt happened in a while, LOL. I already use 24mg so I dont have to chain vape. So far so good :)

Congrats, and welcome to the club!

1. U could safely fill it to the brim, though the website says to leave a hairline space to accommodate the plunging cartomizer head.
2. I remove the end-cap and reFill them... haven't had any issue as yet. I found it hard to align the round drip-tip of the juice bottles to the end-cap hole. And I don't have a needle-tip cover yet, a must buy though!
3. I use an empty Tic Tac container to keep my filled-tanks, as below:

No, but I have read about the method on the thread and tried it.
Just to be clear then, you can't "drip" the juice into the hole, you have to "put" each drop on the edge of the hole.
If you've tried that and it didn't work, then my next question would be how thick your juice is.

I will try it again. Maybe I did it wrong. Still, can't be as fast as a syringe, but may be useful in certain circumstances.

My juice is 80/20 PG/VG so not very thick.

I bought a few to make the $2.99 shipping worth it.

We do need a name for this. I have had to reference it in another thread and I don't think I was getting the point across very well. :)

This method has been working well for me. At first I was using cheap small needle tip bottles. But they eventually started to leak and I read about this method here. At first, I wasn't doing it right and would get a drop stuck in the hole. But after a couple tries you can get it just right. Now if I drop one drop on the side, I can actually let it lightly flow down the side and have it filled up in a few seconds.

So thanks for the tip!

Yeah dc im filling at a 45 degree angle. I find you can actually get a line of liquid going and almost blast the juice in there. I can fill now in seconds even with my thickest juices. Very handy for ego c bigger tanks that have the same fill hole. Syringe collecting dust.

The 45° angle is the key. Yes, when you get it right you can fill in one continuous stream. BUT I still sometimes get that belligerent drop that insists on not cooperating and blocking the hole. I was one of the people that had this conversation before. I ended up finding a needle tip with a matching full screw on lid (not just a tip cap) so it's pocket friendly. And even that is not 100% fool proof. Sometimes those carts are just in the mood to say eff you no matter how you approach them.

No. I like it just the way it is. If the cart was bigger the battery would be to small.
Won't it be nice if Joyetech released a new longer version of the eRoll tank-cartridge?

Something around 60-70mm in length and which could hold double the amount of e-juice in it. Certainly we could do with a slight length increase, as the eRoll is shorter & thinner than other cig-a-likes. But an increase in it's juice capacity would be welcoming, right?

I hope Joyetech listens.

The book says to leave an air bubble in the top, helps it flow. I usually do, but haven't had a problem filling it all the way up either. If it seems like it isn't feeding, just flick the cart a couple of times. You'll see air bubbles ... no youwon't, you got black carts!
im sorry if this has been addressed but what is the actuall fill line of the tanks? I got all black "sigh" and dont want to overfill. Thanks.
