Took my eRoll out to Naughti Gras tonight, was there for over 5 hours. Besides having one of my friends take off with one I had loaded up with Sweet Tarts juice, it worked flawlessly! Never ran out of charge, but ran out of juice a LOT. I see that as the only draw back right now. I have another night of shooting later tonight, will once again use the eRoll and see how she does with another night on the town/working.

Spoke to a rep who said a 60/40 pg/vg mix is a good starting point for the e-liquid. He said the lowest he would go would be 50/50. The reason was the atomizer may get clogged and you will have to dry burn the atomizer to clear/clean it if you use something like 100% vg (because of its thickness), or even 25/75. Of course, ymmv...my preferred ratio is 25/75 because the pg bothers me, but 60/40 or 50/50 didn't bother me in the eroll mainly because it has such a smooth draw...

I have no problem w/ 100% VG but then again, I pull the wick, roll a fine stainless mesh, torch the end that hits the wire once and carefully insert it in the spike until the torched end hits the wire coil- then I carefully cut the end sticking out of the spike so it's still protruding 1/8 of an inch or so. I find that if it's flush, it doesn't wick enough and if longer, it serves no purpose but to displace the liquid in the tank.

VC, Why not just make some? I used the long needles when I was using regular carts and they were a pain to carry around. With the stub needle, I can put the cap back on. You have to make sure the drip nipple is the solid type before you slice it off though.

What did you just cut the needle and epoxy it in there? My only concern is if that needle tip isnt sealed to the top of the cap its easy to get a mess inside the cap, so when you remove it you get juice all over. I guess you could use a stopper+cap and achieve leak proof mess proof tho.

They have Hangsen juices at some UK vendors, i think im just going to suck it up and pay the shipping etc and deal with it. Idk i just want some of those bottles! Maybe the juice wont be so bad, but i am a little leery of China juice...

Why not just buy Luer Lock stuff? It's inexpensive.

Id have to carry the needle tip separately wouldnt i? I figured if the whole thing was one package it would make life easier, and im afraid of getting stabbed in the leg. A lot of people suggest the cheap needle bottles with a rubber stopper cap too, and im afraid id pop that off somehow and get liquid in my pocket

Yeah that is my current setup. I carry two bottles (Jeffs Mix and Basic from wordup 10ml), a syringe, and a paper towel. I cut the syringe out of the equation carrying the ucans until they started leaking, and it was a little less hassle. I picked up 2 ego C with the atty/tank setup i may just carry one of those full and an eroll full since i tend to only go through about 1ml during the workday, then i wouldnt need to carry juices/needles.

Ive found some sites reporting hangsen is DET free which is a big plus. Ill get a few mls of juice and some nice bottles i can reuse if this vendor has em.
