Yeah that is my current setup. I carry two bottles (Jeffs Mix and Basic from wordup 10ml), a syringe, and a paper towel. I cut the syringe out of the equation carrying the ucans until they started leaking, and it was a little less hassle. I picked up 2 ego C with the atty/tank setup i may just carry one of those full and an eroll full since i tend to only go through about 1ml during the workday, then i wouldnt need to carry juices/needles.

Ive found some sites reporting hangsen is DET free which is a big plus. Ill get a few mls of juice and some nice bottles i can reuse if this vendor has em.

I am actually having a dialog with Innokin about a new cap for the Ucan, one with a built in Luer Lock system. It would be interchangeable with the current setup. I just sent them an email with some design ideas and they want to discuss them after the new year celebrations.

I have not looked into the piston pump yet.

No idea if anything will come of this, but if it does I will let you know.

The top half of the U-can design is great. The bottom half stinks. My leak made me want to find a plastic bottle that would fit the top. I've had no luck. I think if they were to use the same design with a strong plastic for the top half and a more supple plastic for the bottom half, it might work. Instead of a pump, you could just give it a squeeze. The top that contains and restricts the needle is the part that really works out anyway.
Since mine began leaking, I switched to a plastic bottle with great results.

10ml is very small and convenient and with the eRoll, it's plenty of juice capacity for on the go as well as all day needs.
I initially loved the U-can but since the leak, I do not trust it in the pocket.
I'm also feeling a bit ripped off. But what's new right?

I hear ya, my u-can is brand new and it leaks too! :( I just carry a bunch of filled carts in a little case.

So, I ordered a few flavors I normally wouldn't try and most I didn't really care for, but 2 weren't bad...

The ones pictured here are the flavors I prefer, so far.

It's all very subjective, but since I'm still struggling to quit smoking, I think I'll stick to mostly tobacco flavors for now. I tried so many flavors today all 4 of my Erolls need charging, and I have a headache! LOL!

Yay! ok guess the file was too big...these are the ones I'll have to try again maybe after they steep a bit?

I feel like the wordup juices dont change much with steeping like other juices ive used. Not really sure why! Glad to see you have a big bottle of the Virginia that you like

The hardest part is finding what your all day, every day vape is. Not that that HAS to happen. Most of us just find our "go to" juice that works when all the others seem to disappoint in some way. But the other side of that is this...how much taste choice is there with analogs?
Hang in there and hopefully you will find your juice.

Ucan gasket between top and bottom at the threads is the problem on mine. It leaks when i use the pump, but at the threads, not at the pump button. The soft bottles with the rubber retainer for the tip cap a few posts back work well, but the retainer is easy to break, functions as a "pull me off now trigger" when fishing for other things in your pocket, and the tip itself is fragile. I bent mine in my pocket creating a crease that leaked during the third refill. The metal needle tip bottle has the same cap issues, and the metal tip could hurt you in your pocket. Won't even discuss carrying a syringe, sheathed or not. Whipping out a syringe to refill is a non starter, that's not even remotely low profile. Syringe = goodbye goodwill in 90%+ of public places. This bottle in my pic here is the best solution I've found, just need to find more. It was random one out of several dekang bottles I bought at the same time from one vendor. All the other dekang bottles I own have regular dropper tops.

VC, Why not just make some? I used the long needles when I was using regular carts and they were a pain to carry around. With the stub needle, I can put the cap back on. You have to make sure the drip nipple is the solid type before you slice it off though.

Did you just snip off the long tips then use a cap that fit from another bottle?

Edit: reread, I get it now. But wonder could you take a Hansen bottle, snip the tip and use a regular cap? Suppose you might crimp the metal though....

Behind you
I've been re-wicking with SS mesh in all of mine- a whole new experience!! I leave about 1/8 of an inch sticking out past the spike. It works great but I find it goes through more niquid.

Just completed my first ss re-wick's for our eRoll's....Success! WoW, on the flavor improvement and no more weak hits with this setup. I was really amazed at how much the ss wick improved the performance of the eRoll's. It's very close to the flavor produced by my ego twist setup....amazing and easy improvement! :vapor:

ps: I used 400 mesh from OKC

Im using 325 in mine. It definitely gives you the cleanest flavor of anything ive used. I picked up an ego 650 to use a C setup, and put SS in. No more cotton/poly crap for me!

edit: Its funny the vape is 100% identical to the eroll. The carts do taste plasticky at first though

I understand how the eroll atomizers work with the wick and coil but have no experience with mesh, do you just cut the mesh into a wick and use it?

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2

You cut about 3/4 of an inch in length and roll it up, then burn it with a flame to blacken it. Pull the old wick out with a pin, and push the new mesh wick in until it touches the coil. Then cut it at an angle like the spike, with a tiny bit sticking out.

Or you can spend $40 and get 10 brand new attys like I just did lol You guys are great though. You already got me messing with the attys and taking it apart and you know I hate doing that junk. Still want to know why the wick was black burnt and gave an ashtray yuck flavor. I don't have wick here or I would play around.
