Heh, ive spent 10 dollars on mesh. I did ruin one atty because i tried to take it apart from the bottom. I bought a pack to set up my third eroll, and have 3 new atties waiting still after 2 months. I think ive saved a lot using the eroll compared to my other ecigs

I did it with a pipe screen to before i had other screen. It was flowing too much, but i did get some nice vapes haha

For you adventurous souls out there. I'd like to see some of these made eRoll size. Some guys are modifying aquarium air stones to get the size they need. These could be perfect for these attys. if it gets gunked up just remove it from spike and torch it clean.

My silver eRoll is en route and I have a question that may not have an answer. I have primarily 80/20 PG/VG juice. I have read some people have not experienced leaks with this ratio and some have. Is there a consensus on which is the best ratio that still wicks fine without leaking? Leaks are device deal breakers for me (I loose trust in it and stop carrying it).

I've never had any leaks with mine and I only use Halo Torque56 in it. They won't say what their exact ratio is but it's very high on the PG side, I'd suspect 80/20. Seems to be a match made in heaven for me. The juice is thin and clean, wicks great and doesn't gunk the wick. I use the LR attys and bad wicking would show itself quickly.

I have used everything but VG heavy juice with no problems as of yet. I had it in my pocket all of last night while shooting with a single problem.
Thanks guys, guess I shouldn't worry about it before I even vaped the thing yet. Very excited from all the great things I have read about it. I miss the m401 size factor (minus the occasional mouthful of juice and messy refills of course).
Well I will say you'll never get juice in your mouth with this thing. By leaking you mean exiting the confines of the e cig to get on hands or on shirt pocket? Never even close. There will be some juice inside which I swab out gently periodically. Certainly not after every change of tank though. Once I got good at everything (learning curve) after 7 weeks it is still my primary vape! And I stay at home most the time too. A friend says a removable cap of the end of cheap pens fits over the ends and the clip comes in handy to secure it pocket. Might be worth a try maybe.
I haven't thrown any Atties away nor tanks yet. I've soaked and I've blown out that tiny atty and true a new one tastes better but I hardly notice when the atty has that smokey taste. It still draws the same and makes great vapor when the battery is freshly charged. The PCC needs to be treated gently. Is the expensive part but still justbabdisposable

eRoll tip. If every hit seems tight and taste dry, take a safety pin and wiggle it inside the atty spike. Tah Dah! lol
BTW, I see now you can get LR attys. I was told not to buy them because it will drain the battery... Duh, please tell me more MR. SCIENCE LOL. So, anyone using them yet? Double the fun?

aww boo! I use to use LRs on a 306 and it was awesomeness!
Either atty produces awesome vapor if set up right- I was one of those that said they couldn't tell the difference. I agree- the out-put from the battery may be regulated. I too have both and have lost track as to which is which although if you look carefully the low resistance one has "LR" inscribed on it. I know these were originally sold for the eCab...seems to make no difference on the eRoll....

I use 50/50 juices and I've only had one leak and that was user error (I didn't push the tank in all the way). I throw them in my purse and leave them lying on my desk and only that one ever leaked and it was a small amount. It happened when it was lying on my desk, but even if it had happened in my purse, the amount was small enough that it wouldn't have been a deal breaker.

I can tell the difference between the LR and SR attys. I bumped some 24mg Torque to 40mg by adding 100mg nic base. It muted the flavor a bit but if I vape it in the LR the flavor is the same as the 24mg juice in SR atty. The vape is also warmer and the atty cone gets a LOT hotter. I can't really comment on battery life, I've never drain my PCC or the sticks. I charge the PCC every night, during the day I carry it with one stick that has the hi-nic juice in it. I don't use it exclusively but do hit it quite a bit throughout the day. It's 4-5 hits and back in the case it goes. First thing in the morning with my coffee it's gets its biggest workout. Nothing like a good jolt of caffeine and nicotine to get you going.
This is true...although, you can re-coil atty's and pretty much never have to buy new ones.
Got mine yesterday thing rocks I have ran a bunch of different Alice in vapeland flavors through the same tank and can never taste the old flavor. Also I have been using the 3ml bottles from Alice in vapeland to fill it and haven't had a spill except the few times I have over filled the tank. I'm definitely going to fill ten tanks before work tomorrow and just recap the tanks, probably going to carry the tanks in my carto cases I got from halo.
Just completed my first ss re-wick's for our eRoll's....Success! WoW, on the flavor improvement and no more weak hits with this setup. I was really amazed at how much the ss wick improved the performance of the eRoll's. It's very close to the flavor produced by my ego twist setup....amazing and easy improvement!
ps: I used 400 mesh from OKC
So I take it from what I'm reading, you guys are wicking with the mesh for the best flavor, not to save attys? Correct?
I'm intrigued...where do I get the mesh...OKC? what site is that?
