So exciting.... The value mods now became quite reliable with TC. I don't like Ni200 coil though, it is too soft and hard to built. Purchased some to play with the smok M80 +fail. I have to prepare my vape budget for a working TC mod.

Anyway, is there any rba section for the coil? I hate pre-builts and vertical coil. Don't know why but i felt watery vape from verticals and it was not felt as dense as horizontal one. I believe this ego one coil is vertical?

From Rip's vid seems it the mod has a good finish (although with fingerprint magnet on it)

they do have "clr" heads-kinda rebuildable horizontal coil heads. They work very nice, produce thick, warm vape, but i just hate how loud those tanks are.

It can't be any worse than the DNA 40 as far as temp limiting and reliability is concerned - I'd trust Joyetech more than Evolv at this stage.
Every review has been very good indeed and the look of the VT has grown on me since I first saw it.

I have a good feeling about the Evic VT.
Not to be a total faboi, but props to Evolv for being the first to market with this tech. I've had mine since December, and it has worked absolutely flawlessly as my ADV device. At this point, I literally couldn't be happier with it. (Of course, if I didn't have a dual 18650 device, I'd probably hate it because of the ......ed battery meter) But it's been so reliable, and TP has worked so well, that I've switched to the SS tank in my K4 and now I don't have to worry about breaking glass or having a back-up with me at every second.

I truly believe that if they hadn't have had the garbled screen issues, this board would go down as the best board ever released. Anything after this is just going to be a copy, or a slight evolution. As it is, this still goes down as the most influential board to date.

Having said all that, I'll bet the eVic VT is better :)

I contact Vape Royalty about their Pre Order. Their 57.99 is for the battery only with no tank. According to them they were not impressed with the Evic VT. Seems to be a few mixed feelings on this box. I for one have already pre ordered one. For $70 it is hard to go wrong really. My only gripe is the knob up top and I don't like the racing stripes. It seems kinda mid late 1990's to me

I just posted the Boxer Mod thread. It is a 350J with Dual 18650 since you mentioned dual 18650

Laff, I just responded to your post. Cool looking mod, for sure, but man, is it a fatty!

edit: I misunderstood you: I responded in the Mini thread to someone else's post about that mod

I think the knob on top is going to work well. I can picture 1 finger operation (or thumb, most likely) without any fumbling around.

It will take a bit to get used to me thinks as we've been spoiled by the 3-button setup for awhile now. I feel like I'm more into the display than anything on the device tho.

In case nobody mentioned this info: eVic VT release date is june 15th 2015.
I want one, but this other one from Innonkin is mind bending... TC with kanthal??

Yeah, I saw that video the other day. Maybe they are trying to put the squash on the Joytech eVic VT release so we will all hold off until we see that one in action. My guess is that will work for them and many of us will hold off. They even claim to work with all wires including Kanthal A1 so we will have to see just what technology they will offer and if it actually works. We could just be beta testers for them to see how the market reacts. The market is moving so fast now with TC mods so it will be interesting in the next few months to see who shakes out to have good products and who will just be unloading cheap junk.

TC going crazy very soon as you mention but I just worry it's just another Smok 80 that claim got TC but not really working well.

I will stick to eVic VT.

the iTC didn't even release there design yet, they are just taking a dump on the evic release. if you want to wait 2 more months for them, believe me there will be a V2 of the evic shortly after, it is a cycle. Just choose what you like and wait until you really like something else following technology is a ....h
