A cigar shop should have no problem with a n e-CIG. Now E-Cigars may be different. At least at the one in my area the are smoke snobs. You can go in anytime of day and see a bunch of guys sitting around in the back room comparing the virtues of a 'black' to a whatever. Its more of a boy's club type thing. They sell cigarettes but you can't smoke those in the shop.
