So, are both of the air holes suppose to be drilled all the way through. One of mine is, and the other is only half drilled. From the outside it appears that it is drilled through, but the second hole is not drill through on the backside. Luckily I have a 1mm TiN drill bit to finish the job. I was wondering why the pull was so stiff, lol.

Sent from my Transformer TF101 running on SS mesh & Kanthal.

Hey bud, I noticed that on the air hole as well. Went and looked and saw on 310 and vaporwall that the stock cap is only supposed to be a single air hole. Not sure why there are two.... Guess it's for decoration? But if you aren't digging the draw I say go for it :)

After using it all day I have to say I'm really loving this thing. Absolutely beautiful and the threads are the smoothest of anything I've used. Flavor is great, vapor is fine, and TH is fantastic. Other things I'm loving. The top cap is awesome, love the way this thing looks (.... guaranteed it!). The switch is perfect imo. Nice soft easy throw with either the pinky or knuckle and fires very easily which I like. Won't fire when you stand it up and also has a locking thread for pocket carrying. It is hitting like a beast too. It's super tiny in 18350 mode. But my favorite thing is the TH and the tight draw. A nice change from my other genesis that are quite airy. Dux hit it out of the park with this baby.

I'm digging mine ..... Just a single wick pretty skinny like zen sized with a 3/4 wrap of 32. Flavor and TH is great super easy to set up 5 min after opening the box, and I was vaping The condensation under the cap is definitely coming from that top oring. If I look under the cap the juice is right where that oring sits when the cap is snapped on. But no more than my ihys. I also think the unique cap shape keeps that juice from leaking down past that oring when it's in my pocket not completely vertical. Love the draw and TH is massive. Pocket friendly and doesnt leak in my pocket like my other genesis ones do. Definitely one of favs so far. A tank lasted me from yesterday until just now but I'm not a chain vaper but went through 2 18650s down to 3.5 each when I switched

Well I got number 52. The craftsmanship is outstanding. Its so well put together I couldn't even tell there was a locking ring on the device.

So I tried out a dual wick. 30 kanthal. 5/6 wraps. Took to long to heat up. Was using 500 at 60mm. Half way through today I took one wick and coil out. Chewed through juice and tons of condensation. Didn't like the single wick either. Think has to do with the 30.

Just got home. Put a 28 kanthal 5/6 wrap in like the rest of my hybrids. Vaping bliss. Ill report back on the condensation on this setup.

Hmmm I might have to try some 28. I've never ventured away from the ole standard 32 except to use it with the twisted method. The threads are buttery no?! So, I was driving tonight with the tank nearly full and noticed that it was horizontal in my pocket for like 5 minutes. With any other genesis this would mean leak city, but not with jugg! This thing rocks.

The threads are amazing. Very exceptional work done here. The 316 ss just has this amazing glisten to it. I swear by 28. Although, I have never made a twisted coil. So it could pretty much be the same experience as far as the vaping goes. My coils come out to 1ohm.

So I ran a full tank of a 70/30 juice through the jugg after changing to a 5/6 wrap of 28 on 60mm of 500 mesh. Took the cap off, nearly no condensation this time. Dual or u wicks just tend to put off a lot of condensation IMO.

The breakdown is, 400 wicks better than 325, 500 better than 400 and 635 better than 500. Regardless of pg/vg ratio. Read the first 10 pages of this thread and be prepared to discard anything you've heard about certain mesh being better for vg or pg. Also, be prepared to end up reading this whole thread after you get into it. LOTS of great information and lab tests by BJ43.

i tried every combo available to me
- I have 325, 400, 500 and 635
- I have 28, 30 and 32 Ga wires
I tried single and dual wicks, twisted 32Ga, i tried them all but can't control this dang condensation. It's driving me nuts :)

(IMHO) the best setup for me right now is the dual wick using 500 SS and untwisted 32Ga with 4 wraps

hands down this baby is the best I've ever had but that condensation issue is affecting my OCD

On another note, do any of you feel like there may be a slightl loss of voltage in the device? I have the same coil/wick setup in my Jugg as I do my other 3 hybrids (the orion, ihybrid and mac) and I feel like I'm having to swap the battery out sooner. Well, I am. It's not because I'm running the battery down faster either.

Maybe I can measure this with my multimeter later tonight.
