Love to see people's pics of dual wick setups. Anyone have thier button heat up with 30 or 28 gauge on dual coil?

Oh yeah, sorry I didn't respond to your PM yet. Yeah mine gets a little warm from time to time. I have two 1.5mm air holes though, so I don't have to hold down on the switch for very long before I'm completely choked out with vapor.
Quick update. After bout a day it started doing it again. Ripped the entire mod appart and found the real source of the problem. The center post is heat shrink wrapped to avoid contact with the rest of the mod. That shrink wrap had a tear in it so the brass center post was making contact with the body. Aggravated 
I got in touch with someone through m1 vapors Facebook page and he was very helpful. Gave me some good directions on how to troubleshoot and fix the issue I was having with my jugg. Brass pin insulation is redone and all is well. Very happy with my jugg and m1 customer service 
I have e-mailed 310Vapers twice just to ask if they had any upgrade kits for the Juggernaut available, have never gotten a response. Does anyone know if any are available? Kind of off putting to get no response, I would think the least they could do is respond with a "No"
I had the same thing happen, emailed them twice with no response. I'm wondering if they are having email issues. I contacted m1 through Facebook and he got back to me. He has upgrade kits
Ah thank you so much, I just emailed them through M1 website, hopefully I will get a response. I know they are most likely very busy, would just like to get a kit at some point
If they don't get back to you, message them through Facebook. I emailed them through thier website with same result. They got back to me right away through Facebook.

So, last night I was kind of jogging down this hill to a parking where my car was. And as I entered the parking lot area my Jugg came out of my vest pocket and hit the pavement HARD. At least a good 4 feet up in the air and then slid a good distance. The side where it hit is pretty scarred up and there's even one big dent in the body.....but you know what, that shield is amazing. The tank didn't even have a hairline fracture in it. Now my jugg just has some serious character, lol.

Yep, I have e-mailed them 3 times and messaged them through Facebook with no response. While I love the Juggernaut I think their customer service skills are horrible. I am not going to bother contacting them anymore it appears to be a waste of time.
