Juice problem?

I only vape 70vg/30pg 3mg juices and when I do I tend to chain vape and take in whole lung fulls for the aesthetics of the cloud lol, but notice I get a real good buzz but also kinda get a headache at the same time to the point where I have a bad headache if I keep vaping. Too much nicotine? maybe my body doesnt work well with PG? I am not a previous smoker, although I use to throw in 1 or 2 dips a day and use to use hookah so I enjoy the massive clouds.

Currently running: iTaste VTR w/ Kangertech Nano w/ 1.2ohm coil, running at 8-15watts (depending on battery status)


Another thought, could i be vaping too hot causing some chemicals in the juice to give me a bad headache??

Might simply be oxygen deprivation. Try breathing a little air between the lung-filling vapes.

dehydration is the first thing i would look at....the buzz would be from the nic...both could cause the headache...think hangover which is due to not enough fluid...which is why you will see people drink water when they drink, to replenish the fluids that the alcohol dries up...just my thoughts anyway

Could be too much PG.. I vape 100% VG with 6mgs of nic in my Atlantis all day long with deep lung hits and no headache..
I also drip 100% VG with the same 6mg of nic in my Dark Horse at a warm 85w also with no headache..so again it might be the PG bothering you in an otherwise enjoyable vape...just sayin

Just my 3¢ (inflation) but could it be that 3mg nic is just not satisfying and maybe go up to 6mg. There are headaches associated with nicotine withdrawal just as with caffeine in coffee. Not sure but I hope you get it figured out so you can start really enjoying vaping. Good luck to you and let us know what helps you because it could also help others.
