Okay...HHV Gandalf and one other ordered. I think I went with their watermelon...wanted to get more, but I had to restrain myself. Tried to get in on the Boba's today but I missed it by 20 minutes or so. Figuring I may wait until they have the gorilla juice back in stock as well so I can kill 2 birds.

As far as which I'd rather see, the 'buy it now' or the newsletter, I'd rather see the newsletter. I can always track down a juice (although it would be MUCh handier to link from your site), but I think a newsletter would let everyone keep up with all the new reviews that might fall between the cracks? I don't want to miss out on anything! But, if you can generate some revenue with the buy it now button, I think you should work on that.

Too bad. HHV had two brand new juices come out shortly after you ordered.
I may have tried 'em both...the Gollum sounds like a real nice, sweet tobacco. Dragon fruit is a tough one to nail since it's such a subtle flavor to begin with, like starfruit and kiwi, so I'm curious to see if they pulled it off.
There's always next time, I guess.
So...here's the Pluid update. After contacting 310 and not hearing back, I exchanged emails with Murdock (thanks to Fisty for the suggestion and quick link). It looks like the Pluid is on the way! After adequate steeping, Pluid will be moved as close to the top of the review box as possible, and a review will be posted ASAP. I plan to run it through my standard reviewing rig as well as an RA with mesh wick to compare notes and make sure it's reviewed under optimum conditions.
Thanks for the suggestions and assistance in getting my hands on it.

Yeah, so I've heard. While I occasionally use my vivi while driving (friends don't let friends drip and drive), I never review with anything other than a dripping atty. At elfstone's recommendation, I plan to use both my standard rig as well as an SS mesh wicked RA to taste the Pluid and I'll write the review using whichever brings out the flavors in the best possible light.
And look at you Fisty, a little over 4 1/2 months in and you've got a Zen already?!? I've been lusting after one for months on end, but sadly the overwhelming majority of my vape budget goes directly into the website...one day I'll get my hands on that Zen Pro, one day.

That's a spectacular little collection you've got there. I've been seriously debating the ZAP when Provape gets their shipment, but budget wise, it's going to be tough to justify. Are you using a kick in the iHybrid?
I am using kick in the iHybrid! But guess what! I thought it would be the best thing ever and still... at home,i just use it with an 18650 kickless... The kick is very useful for out and about. Especially at work because I don't have to worry about battery strength. But at home it's less relevant.
Other than that it fits perfectly in the iHybrid.
About the zap, I don't know.... It is so good that i'm sure you won't regret it. And it's a one time expense.... really easy to justify... IMHO. You get the best out there.

Why not ask the Vendors to submit a brief note to you along with the juices?
you are doing a LOT of work....perhaps they can submit some notes about stuff they know to be true about their juices. (not marketing ad stuff, I mean real stuff).
For instance, HHV told me that their juice doesn't really have to be steeped---not picking on them, since other vendors have told me this as well. Have to as opposed to maybe it would help......I think vendors should submit notes to you about qualities they are aware of in their juice. If they submit notes about steeping, then perhps you can have a separate "steeping" cabinet and review those juices later, instead upon recieving.
It's not different than food that way......some casseroles taste better a day later when flavors have melded, some food tastes better warm rather than hot, etc. Just as a chef knows their food, juice vendors know (or should know) their juice.
They might also note if a recipe is particularly *delicate* and should not be vaped at high wattage, or on LR, or whatever. I've noticed this about a lot of juices.
I think they would be doing everyone a favor by giving you some info.

I don't like to disagree with the folks at HHV, and some of their juices don't need to be steeped, but I promise 3 week old Gandalf is much better than 3 day old Gandalf.
Maybe you can get some masking tape on the bottle to label the date that you received it, then in your review, you can say "This one steeped for X days before I tried it." If you get a bunch of comments saying "OMMG YOU SHOULD OF LET IT STEEP FOR 2X DAYS!" you can come back to it later (time permitting) and add it to the review.

Based on your review alone I picked up some Swagger (from Pink Spot). I don't know what to say other than to echo your own comment in the review, "DEAR GOD, THIS IS FREAKING AMAZING juice".
I will be paying close attention to your recommendations in the future.
Oh no, yet another reason I'll be trying more vendors juices, even though I've been attempting to do DIY to avoid it. But with reviews and descriptive adjectives such as these, who can resist?
Great thread, and great website Chefjosh! I've read the reviews on your site from A to Z and will be adding several juices to my next orders
because of your insightful descriptions. 
I haven't made it to the end of this thread yet, and might be skipping around, LOL, but in the meantime, I have a question: [It may have been covered, and if so I apologize for bringing it up again]
Have you been letting all the juices steep for any length of time, or doing your reviews right out of the mailbox?

Interesting thread, i'll check your website. Reviewing juices it's always difficult because it's a very subjective thing but you add an original perspective to it
