Thanks to tom10 for causing me to check out the nut position on all of my rough stacks.

If you use a rough stack and decide to try the mega XL dual coils, use just a little bit of caution. If the switch nut is turned so that a flat side is facing the 510 connector, it will go on there. If a corner of the nut is facing the 510 connector, it won't. So, either check the nut before trying to spin on a mega-XL, or spin on slowly and see if it hits the nut.

It might be best to use a shorty extension and not mess around with the switch nut at all.

I got my Maxi Roughstack and misc. order in today, and I've had a ton of fun trying everything. I did need the 510 shorty extension, but that was in my original order. The DCMXL is a great match for the Roughstack, and I'm frankly amazed at the performance. I opted for a 3.7 volt setup, and the Roughstack does its magic quite well with my favorite juice. I also like the rubber drip tips sent with the cartos - no rubber taste. In short, I'm happy with my order and think that the price was very reasonable for what I got. HAPPY vaping!

Congratulations on the rough stack! It will serve you well, I'm sure. I can't even describe how much I like the ones I have.

The mega-xl dual coil cartos are honestly a step above the regular sized ones. At the same ohms, they produce more vapor. I'm pretty sure that's because of somewhat increased airflow. They also don't let the flavor wash out as fast while they get hot.

The one and only thing I don't like about them is the rubber tip. The rubber doesn't shed juice very well like nickle plated copper or even derlin drip tips do. I end up with some juice in my mouth that has gathered from condensation (same thing goes for the ego dual coils). And it isn't nearly as secure in the tube as a solid tip with an O-ring. - Minor gripes. I just have to remember to rinse them out with water now and again and to pay attention when putting my mod in my pocket so as not to knock off the rubber tip.
