So I had a burnt out Kanger T3S laying around, and I decided to take it apart and try to wing it. Had an extremely basic idea of doing it, but I successfully replaced the coil(reused the wire - didn't have any kanthal) and it works :D

Took some dickin' around, but I got that baby to hit wonderfully. I didn't have any wick, so I made my own out of pure cotton. Getting a light cotton taste, which is kinda gross, so I'm gonna let some juice sit in the tank overnight - see if that helps.

So I'm pretty happy. This wasn't a serious build, most of you will probably laugh at me(but it's okay ;P).

I'm just happy to have rebuilt a coil and get it working! Can't wait til I get my Nimbus clone and can get more serious about building my coils ^_^

I understand how simple it is and how many of you are extremely familiar with the process, so please don't be mean to me D;
I've just recently gotten into the hands-on world of vaping, and oh boy- do I love it.

Peace<3

I recommend looking around on the forum and research different types of wicks. I've heard that ekowool is really good for wicks. Same goes for wire. Just look for kanthal wire which is pretty thin gauge. (Mine was 26g *i think*).
You can find all this dirt cheap on ebay or amazon. I recommend you look around on the forums, I'm definitely not that knowledgeable on coils(yet ;D). Good luck!
