I am just curious how long does a Vision Spinner 1300 normally last? Between my husband and I we have 5 of them, and I am trying to get us set up to last over the summer since my job is just for the school year with summers off and no pay. I want to be prepared so I dont need to order anything over the summer at all. I already have my juice taken care of, now want to know if my batteries 'should' last that long or if I need to get a few. I need to be set through September.

I have 4 Spinners 1300mah that I have been using daily for 8 months. I rotate them, each one lasts me almost a full day and night. I am a heavy vaper. The first two I bought are just about dead. They are taking a long time to charge and I am having a very reduced performance on them. Ready to throw them out. The second two will be dead soon too. Just as a note, back in October I got an MVP2 so the rotation has an MVP2 in it also. Hope this helps you time yours. All of mine are the name brand ones, not clones.

I have a couple of spinners for on-the-go vaping. They should last the summer without any problem. Of course, you can never have "too many" backups. In general, spinner style batteries are claimed to last about 300 charge cycles. Dropping onto concrete, stripping the threads, immersing in water (aka= the toilet) tend to reduce life span.....

I've had mine for about a year...I know others have had theirs for years....just really depends....
I tend to rule of thumb like my phone, let the battery completely drain then do a full cycle recharge....

I understand being cautious....and having backups to your backups to your backups
but if you're going to buy multiple pvs ;) why not mix it up and get something different each time :D

my plan of action was cig-a-likes, ego, regulated mod and then was gifted a mech mod (so I should be set in case of anything  )

If you don't mind using clones, you could stockpile some ego batteries or "vision style" batteries from FT. They're super cheap.
I've no idea how long they will last though.

But get some authentic ones and pehaps some of the clones just because they're cheap. (However personally i don't dare to use copies due fear of their quality...)
So just a tip for ya :)

Now... Now... :)

I believe the poster misinterpreted the question of "how long will it last". Easy to do.

Normally yes, but not with her explanation of what she meant. Reads like someone read the first sentence and hit reply. ADD probably :p

on topic, odds are you and hubby are fine for the summer.

Actually yes I did misinterprete the OP. Although what some people should do instead of leaving ignorant comments, maybe ask or redirect? I have no problem admitting my fault but dont be rude about pointing it out. Things like that can give people of even forums a bad name. I thought we were all here to help each other not bash one another.

For the money it would cost you to buy a cheap ego battery at a local smoke shop at some point this summer, find a sale now and buy a 1300mah Spinner now and hide it away in a drawer for that 'just in case' backup. It is never good to go looking to buy something when you need it NOW. Just my experience. Also make sure you have a backup charger and extra heads or attys in case you find yourself running short.

Thank you! So with 5 (3 for me, 2 for hubby) I should be okay to make it until September. I guess if it dies before my 1st paycheck of the next school year I can go and buy an ego from the local smoke shop to get us by :(

So...pretty much similar to a hamster then?

OMG, reminds me of my daughter when she was about five, and she had the friendliest hamster, I even liked the little guy. It was like the hamster from that movie. She loved that little fella! And one day it slipped out of her hands and fell to the floor and broke it's little neck....
LOL, how do you answer the 'is he going to be all right?' as you are watching the hamster twitch in his death throes...
