I've noticed that since I started vaping, I seem to have a runny nose quite often. Wondering if anyone else has come across this issue. I show no other signs that I may be sick. Just the running nose...

I've been without analogs now for 3 weeks and have been vaping for a little over a month.

It's not enough to get my to stop vaping though.

Same thing happened to me. It was wonderful. I had clogged sinuses for years. Once I quit smoking and started vaping, they cleared out. Still have runny nose, but not bothersome. I am able to breath out my nose completely for the first time in 45 years. Enjoy!!

I have been without smoking now for over 100 days. When I first quit, I didn't notice a runny nose but I did have something strange happen to me. I broke out with itchy sores in my scalp! After about a week and a half the sores went away never to return again. I suspected I had a slight pg reaction. However once my body got used to it it went away.

Starting about a month after you quit, your lungs begin to repair. Inside them, the cilia—the tiny, hair-like organelles that push mucus out—will start to repair themselves and function properly again. With the cilia now able to do their job, they will help to reduce your risk of infection. With properly functioning lungs, your coughing and shortness of breath may continue to decrease dramatically.

This may also apply to the sinus cavities, ridding toxins via mucus.

The body will remove toxins in various ways, oils which can cause acne, itchy skin/skin exfoliation, perspiration and a host of others, your sinuses are just but one of them and we all can develop one or all of them yet different from individual to individual.

I personally don't remember having any added drippage but I have noticed that my allergies did not seem to be as bad at the beginning of the summer this year like they have been in the past. I mix 50/50 juices. Try some of the suggestions here and see if it makes any difference. I'm sure you are not the only one wanting to know the answer to this question. It could possibly help others. Good luck to you. :)

Yeah after I quit smoking, it took a few weeks, but finally got my sinuses cleaned out, which is kinda messy while it's going on, but it does finally stop. I have to wonder if that unplugging of the sinuses isn't a lot of the reason for the sense of smell improving.

When I started vaping my throat and nose were not hurting but felt scratchy. Now that it has been over a month of vaping only, (sadly I smoked and vaped for years) I feel a million times better and all my "side effects" have gone away. Other than breathing better, and getting a sence of smell and taste back.

I'm not sure if it happens to any of you but I've noticed that when I vape, the "smoke" (don't want to use vape again) comes out of my nose as well as my mouth. My nose isn't running, but it has seemed to be a little more clogged.

Probably; when I was vaping full-time, I always had some congestion in my throat, always had to clear my throat before speaking. But, if you have vapor coming from your nose, at least you know you're doing it right; nicotine from vapor absorbs best in the mouth, throat, and sinuses, rather than the lungs. :D

You don't want to use "vape" and for what reason? We don't need no stinking smoking words amigo!( said in a Spanish accent)
