Guys, I didnt make Ody's GGTS base to fit on justGG. Only Ithaka fits there or Ody with Ithaka's base. Anyway, if you like to have your Ody fit on justGG with its own base and not Ithaka's base, I can make Ody bases and send them to you at half of my cost, that is very cheap. But why dont you try Ithaka's base on Ody? Its a so easy solution
I don't have a machine shop with technical tools that are capable of measuring threads... etc.

As I see it, its an Ody's base issue. Some bases are more loosy than others. I remember now that we had an issue like this in past and I had made new Ody bases for you.
The issues is not really from the bases, they work fine on GGTS, but it's the new CT that we should talk about.

Because I have Oddy's that fit fine? Why would I do such a thing?
my brass air control ring has a black dot/speck/blemish on it that wont rub out by hand, if i cant buff it out with my buffing wheel did bruce receive extra brass air control rings so i can replace it. if it was my ss one i wouldnt care because that will be my all day carry, but my brass one is to show off and i want it to be perfect!

I didnt say it guts, thats true. But after more thought, I decided to make it like this to save a few mm. I just forgot to announce it on forum.
But problem is with bases. The loosy ones fit ok on justGG when they mustnt fit. Ok, what if I make bases and sell them to you at 3 euros? That way you can have your Ody on justGG without a problem

I have now tried all 3 bases on both my 2 JustGG's and they all screw in smoothly all the way with Ody, Iatty and Ithaka

As far as I'm concern, it's really not necessary. Like I said, I didn't even think of using Oddy on the JustGG. I've just tried it after seeing the posts on the subject.

My base is from the latest batch imeo made and it fits perfect on both my just gg's, maybe the older ones are slightly different?
Sometimes ~ But I don't think that it the case ~ I have two and one is perfect ~ I mean butter smooth
Jeff mine are the original rev1 bases and they fit perfect like yours
