aal, if you see my first video about justGG, you will see that I said that this spring loaded application doesnt depend only on spring to let current pass, because the moving part almost always touch the axis. But this connection still depends most on spring to carry current. But if you remove the axis cover, then the battery totally sits on axis so current depends only on the axis-battery connection.

If you remove the plastic, then the ring at the base of the spring pin will also be a ground. You would just tighten it all the way down. Seems to me that you could omit the pin altogether in this case.

If the pin is always in contact with its housing, then the spring isn't really going to carry current, so I suspect that it's not going to pop even if there is a short...

sure erich, that what I have said on my first video. Spring is not a fuse on justGG. It will melt of course if a short happen for a long time because most current goes via spring

Because many people asked for steel button head, I desided to make them first and send them to you for free Fitzy, so I will delay a little. I hope that you like my idea
So I pre-ordered my Just GG from clouds of vapor a while back and have yet to receive any email about when it will ship or anything, I have sent an email to COV via 'contact-us' about a week ago, no response. Any thoughts?
