I apologizes if this is a common question but I'm confused... I charged as instructed, attached atty and then snapped in the filled tank.... at first I got a little vapor and now... nothing.... I'm getting really disappointed. Any help?? Thanks guys!

Only a few things if you're not getting vapor - either no charge from the battery or something wrong with the atomizers. Try the other battery first. And then try the other atomizer - assuming you got a kit. But as far as preparing the tank read this first:

There's been some case where the wick has been pushed out of the spike and that will cause 'no vapor' because the atomizer is flooded. This can happen because the system is very tight air wise and if you snap a filled tank in without first puncturing the seal then the pressure can force the wick out. If you follow the above procedure, it shouldn't be a problem. Here's a fix if the wick got pushed out:

There's a link to a video in that post.
