Just got an RDA and I messed up

so I just got an rda and was about to re-drip when I got a text so I set it down with the coils out and forgot to lock it and ended up melting my boxers' elastic waistband. Now there is nasty burned elastic on my coils and I need a way to clean it off. Help

yuck. I'd remove the coil, get any gunk off the atty, clean in alcohol if it smells of burned plastic & replace with a new coil & wick.

I'd take everything out and just re-build it. I don't think just washing and dry burning would get that off. So pretty much do what erratum said.

If there is burnt plastic id throw it in the freezer for a bit then use some plyers and pull it off. Definitely clean in inside and out and rebuild it

I wouldn't mess around with a foreign substance on the coil. Just rebuild a new coil and throw away the bad one.
