Hey guys. I have been smoking pack a day for the last decade or so.
I've tried going cold turkey but I just could not do it. So yesterday, I went ahead and purchased my first ever e-cigarette (C Twist kit).
Anyways, after trying it for a full day, I have some questions for the experts out there.
- What I am inhaling..is it smoke or vapor? If it's vapor, does this mean that this is like the same thing as the vapor that comes out of humidifiers? I've noticed that the "smoke" is nearly odorless, and even when I smoke indoors, people can barely notice it.
- I noticed that, if I increase the voltage on my C Twist, it makes the boiling sound. Meaning, when I hit it with high voltage, I can hear the liquid "boiling"/"crackling" and I can taste the actual liquid on my tongue too.
With lower voltage, it doesn't do this. So what I've done is that go low just enough to not have the boiling/crackling sound. Is this good way to go?
