I got mine today, and it's a joy. Ordered Monday, took about 24 hours to ship, then about 72 hours to get here.

Like you, it was sitting in Tampa for 48 hours after which point it magically made it to my house in less than 24 hours.

I swear, USPS intentionally delays shipments in the hope that you'll pay 3x the shipping cost.

I have to say that after one day of use I am liking this. This is my first mod since I started vaping again last month with ego batteries. I have been using boge SR cartos and you can really tell the difference in voltages. I find my sweet spot is between 4.0-4.4 for most of my juices. I did put a dual coil tank on it and it performs just like an ego battery if not worse. But this is common knowledge so I am going to order some single coil xl cartos and punch them for my tanks. I got my LT quick because Tampa is only a couple hours from me but had to pay tax as a result. Vito, where you at in oklahoma?

Nah...I live in Tampa and THE major USPS hub is at Tampa Int'l Airport. They do all the sorting there for everything that ships out of all points South and probably some points North as well. Also, the tracking isn't exactly real time. By the time they report it left Tampa, it could be halfway to New York. I ordered mine from Apollo, in CA. It took 3 days, coast to coast, but for over 24 hours, it showed as sitting in some P.O. in Bakersfield or someplace.

I'm in OKC. FWIW there aren't any vape stores in town. Maybe this is a business opportunity? I received the unit on Friday and I'm loving it. the XL CE2's are really incredible. They even work better on the little 510 batteries than the little 510T tank cartridges. With the Torpedo (LT) They really let me tune in to get the most out of the juice. I know that it isn't the best possible VV but it is damn nice and for the money I haven't heard of anything even close. I am really happy with my purchase and Totally Wicked. Now I just have to find some juices to try. Does anyone have any recommendations for sampler packs?

The only real complaint I have so far is that my LT is making my ego batteries seem anemic. It is a struggle for me to bring my ego batteries out with me after vaping at home with my LT all day. I think I wanna buy a small mod with VV to carry on me when I'm out, in short LT has made me outgrow my ego! any suggestions aside from the mini LT?

maybe the 18350 TOX once they get the bugs out a little. At least it is something different with very comparable features.

If you go with the box mod I would strongly suggest an evercool box. They will be a few bucks more but they don't get hot.

It is weird how I have friends who have bought the lavatube and all three have had problems and have had to send them back, but the one guy who bought the torpedo his is still perfect, I know they are the same only rebranded, maybe different batches, but all ordered around the same time...

I've had my Torpedo (LT) for a week now and it has been stellar. The only problem that I have had with it is that the TW logo and name "TOrPEDO VVV" are flaking off. You can only imagine how much this concerns me. On the CE2 XL Clearomizers (2.4-2-8 Ohm) the sweetspots for various juices are between 3.2 and 4.2 volts. The one week verdict on this equipment is that I would buy it again, and that it is well worth the price.

After the constant voltage tweaks to find the "Juice Sweetspots", I'm thinking that the Darwin would work much better for me than a Provari. When I'm ready for an upgrade that is. Currently I'm really satisfied, and would definitely recommend this device to people that I like.

That's the great thing about the Darwin. Who cares about volts.
It's WATTS that I want to keep in mind. Let me just set the Watts. I'll write it on my juice bottles.
Don't even have to keep track of the ohms of your cartos.
I like the Provari form factor better. If it had the Darwin's brain, it would be perfect.
Well, the LT price tag would help too!

There are a couple in tulsa and for some reason I thought there was one in midwest city
Tulsa might be worth the day trip if you are in a pinch.

VaporKings - TULSA

Doc's Vapor Shop (NOT AN ECF VENDOR!) - OKC - cash only but I have heard from friends that it is a nice shop, prices are fair.
Doc's Vapor Oklahoma City, OK, 73119 - YP.com
