Just another opinion but here it comes I can care less about a. So called fancy box what I do care about is how its package I hate when vendors ship in padded envelopes if I no that's what they ship in I contact them or add a note in my order requesting a BOX why because the postal employees handle our packages with little or no regard and can care less if it gets broken or not why because they will just blame it on the supplier / sales. Department I hope no one has ever had to file a claim with the USPS its slow and doesn't always work out good for the receiver of the busted package my point the ProVair isn't cheap so please package my product correctly like if it was a laptop or cellphone not like its a normal piece of junk mail![]()

I bought the case they offer so never gave the packaging a second thought since it seemed to protect everything well. I wasn't sure if I'd use the case when I ordered it but I do - every day.

C'mon Provape you sell what is one of the best quality products made in the USA at a high price and all you can ship it in is bubble wrap. Don't get me wrong I love the unit but it is like buying a bottle of Blue Label wrapped in paper. Even the china peeps give a box with their cheaper eGo knockoffs.

so if you buy the waterproof case when you buy your provari they put it in the case for shipping to you? if so im getting the casegonna wait till the zen is an option them i'm ordering
