Just hemp

Well I ordered some 2mm 12-strand organic hemp here a few days ago. Really excited to try it out. I love cotton but... it doesn't last long enough for me. I usually have to change the wick once or twice a day to get a nice clean flavor.

How do you prepare the hemp? Boil 3-4x with water changes between? I use RDAs so no special steps really need to be taken. Just need a wick that does its job well and doesn't turn brown and muddle flavors after 20 hits.

i washed it with dish soap first, rinsed well, then boiled 3-4x changing the water each time.

soaking the hemp in oxiclean in addition to the above steps has improved the taste even further

My kayfun is working great with the vertical, but after 5 tanks, just like all my other straight vertical, the draw gets tight. I now just remove the cap over the coil and run a pick brush thru the coil and it is ready to go for 5 more tanks.

I've been using them for a while on my Evods and my cartos to clean the coil ID. They work great and are just the right size to give them a good scrub. Just make sure the coil is cool first. Don't ask me how I know
