Should be 'Conflicts of interest and possible corruption are suspected as being behind the denial of strong evidence.' Ain't no doubt or denial about the conflicts of interest!

It was the date set for tobacco products. E cigs weren't really a thought yet when the bill was written. However, the FDA has deemed vape products as tobacco products.

Well, they're trying to, anyhow. It's not quite a finished done deal. Yet. I'm sure it will be... but the White House folks haven't yet said one way or the other about the subnmitted regulations -- they may kick it back *again* and have the FDA "fix" it. We'll just have to wait and see. And yes, the waiting is driving me as nuts as everyone else, but until the gavel falls... I'm stocking up!!!!
