Just new i have just updated my smok x piv now it will not connect bk to the pc or turn on

what problem or issue did you try to solve by updating the firmware?
What version was on the unit and what version did you attempt to install?
Are you using the USB cable that came with the unit?
PC: OS?, antivirus?
Have you restarted the PC and tried again?
