I have been using a ego-t passthrough for about a month now I like it but read on here that cartomizer gets better flavor and vape. I use the 510 t atty and the ego mega t. Can I use different Cartomizers with the volt order the 78mm manual battery and one auto same size? Any feedback will help just want to get good flavor and vape thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean by "different cartomizers with the volt". Your starter kit comes with prefilled cartomizers I believe. You can buy blank cartomizers of the same thread and fill with your own juice. I don't know what thread the volt is but it's probably a 510. Lots of people around here like the Boge cartos around 2.0 ohms & 2.5 ohms. They come in various thread types. Does this answer your question?

ok thanks just got my volt kit yesterday and really liking it. I did find a adaptor would it also be called a 510 to 808d-1 found them on litecigusa and reverse if i wanted to use the 808-d1 carto on 510 ego battery rite? Thanks

That's cool you got your kit. You'll find the manual battery give a little stronger hit than the auto. I got two autos in my kit and bought a manual just to see what the difference was. I wish I had all manual batteries 'cuz I think they're so much better.
Adaptors can be confusing. This is what litecigusa says "Adaptors are listed battery to atomizer for threading. (examaple: 510 to 801 would be 510 battery to 801 atomizer)".
I had ordered a bunch of pre-filled V4L cartomizers, was using them on a standard kr808d1 batt. Then I got my Volt starter kit cus I heard such great things about Volt. My Volt starter kit came with Volt batts and Volt cartos and IMO worked way better. When I tried the V4L cartos on the Volt batt they did fit without a problem but did not perform nearly as well as the Volt cartos on the Volt batt and because of that I have not used any of my V4L cartomizers since.
Ok great thanks for the info still loving the volt system. But now since i tried cartos I am really getting to like them and want to use them on my 510 ego-t usb passthrough. Also my friend has a bunch of the cartos from gotvapes that he dosent want anymore example like the fluxomizers can i use these with the volt batteries if there kr808d-1 threaded. Oh and whats the lowest ohm's I can go my ego's are 650mah batteries. Thanks for all the feedback yes I know I am a noob to all this.
I seriously doubt that the fluxomizers will work on your Volt. Those batteries are pretty small with low mah. I think 650mah is probably the lowest for fluxomizers. They should work fine on your ego-t PT. I'm not familiar with the Volt so I could be wrong but I don't think so.
The Volt cartomizers are good and glad you're enjoying them. Those fluxomizers you mentioned will work well on your eGo passthrough.
