To clarify: check out ohms law. I don't have a direct link.

Simple terms: higher the resistance the higher the voltage settings, lower resistance, lower voltage settings. If I'm using a 1.8 ohm coil, I'll use 3.5-3.9 volts.

You should have started with a Spinner or Twist before buying a Vamo if you don't know the basics, IMHO. Practice makes perfect.

Thanks Kerry...this is exactly what I am looking for!

To the others, I am not looking for info how to operate the VAMO; I understand that!

I am just looking for some of everyone's settings much like Kerry responded below.

Can anyone else share their favorite settings with me???

This is where I vape on my Vamo Stainless V2:

1.8ohm to 2.0ohm --3.5/3.7volt or 6.5/7.0watts
2.2ohm to 2.5ohm --3.8/4.2volt or 7.5/8.5watts
2.8ohm to 3.2ohm --4.3/5.0volts or 8.6/9.5watts

You can start there and adjust to your tastes and your device/juice....:smokie:

I think that is ridicules advice. This isn't brain surgery. Adjusting the power on Vamo is no more complicated than adjusting power on a spinner or twist. But the advantages of the Vamo over the twist is significant.

Adjust your power in watts to the level you prefer and the Vamo will do the rest. Depending on the resistence of your Nova, I would start at about 7.0 - 7.5 watts and adjust up or down to your preference. After that, the Vamo, when using watts, will maintain your power preference.

Truly it is no more difficult than this. As a beginner, with a variable wattage device, you don't need to know ohm's law, or the resistance. That comes after you start liking vaping and then become all consumed with the pursuit of the perfect vape, a step most of us eventually take. For now, vape and enjoy. Great question btw.

I took the OP's original question as meaning that he had no experience with VV. Like someone not knowing how to drive and buying a car. When starting a thread, it helps to be concise about what one wants. :)
