i like the volt too but i'm a bit of a vaping fiend. so when at home and in the car i use a kr808 usb passthrough instead of the volt batteries. got it from cig-easy. Seems to burn hotter and provide more vapor.

And I really like the clear cartomizers. The clear cartomizers do tend to crack easily and the tips come off in a pocket so they need some gentle treatment. They are a breeze to clean and refill with new flavors and they far outlast the regular cartos.

I do have a couple other systems with longer battery life and bigger cartos but still keep coming back to the Volt for its ease and simplicity.

I got me a V2 kit dropped it, got scared, ordered a Volt setup, was still scared, now I'm a danged PV addict. Throw in all the juices, cases, mods and I'm broke to boot.

There are many ways to clean cartos but the easiest way I've found so far is to go to a WalMart or pharmacy and get a syringe that you use to give medicine to babies and pets, the cartos fit perfectly in the weird little step down rubber bit and you can go to town pumping water through the carts and then pump a bunch of times to get most of the air out, then you can let them sit over night to dry or put them in an oven at around 200 degrees for half an hour. Or you could boil em' for 15 minutes then throw them in the oven. Or you could use an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner and put them in an oven or air dry them. So many ways to fiddle with our new favorite pastime.

Congrats! Been looking at a Volt for my GF. Did you get the auto or the manual batteries? How's it working out?

It's working great, check out the video reviews section, I made a review of it.

I got another package from Smokeless Image waiting for me when I get home. I ordered a manual battery as well.

You'll taste it, it wont have as good flavor. It can be from that, or your battery running low, but you'll obviously know when that happens (blinky, blink)

I love mine too, so far, it's been great.

Btw, I got an additional manual volt battery so that I could try dripping. I bought a 901 atty from lightcigusa, and a drip tip. It works great, and it's not HUGE

I too am going to order the Volt Pro Starter Kit. Customer service and quality are high on my list and I have heard great things about the customer service. Unfortunately I have to wait for V2 cigs to refund my last order I cancelled. Their customer service was less to be desired. I placed an order that sat in the "awaiting fufillment" stage for 5 days before I cancelled. And now have to wait 5 to 7 days for the refund? Seriously??? You took my money in a instant but it takes 5-7 days? Going from that experience to speaking with Michella (I hope I spelled that correctly) over at Smokeless Image that said what I wanted was in stock and ships the same day! Wow! Imagine that!

I cant wait to get a kit for my girlfriend and I. I am tired of buying to convenience store models. They are located in Ohio and I live in Michigan so I hope that shipping is quick. It would be awesome to find a great E-cig company so close and actually have stock of items you want. What a novel concept. I hope to post by the weekend as I try out the new kit!!!:p

congrats and welcome.

i was actually thinking about getting one of these for my father-in-law. anyone with experience with 3.7v w/ LR atties have experience with volts? can you tell me if it hits like an ego w/ LR more or less?

Don't have experience with the atties but a Boge LR 2.0 with an adapter works great on the VOLT 78mm batt. Hits just like an ego IMO

Ordered myself the Volt PCC Pro Kit the other day as my first PV. This seems like the perfect starter set and will hopefully help me replace analog cigs after 20 years of being a slave to them.

It really does seem like THE best starter setup for those of us that took the time to research whats out there.

Easy to fill, small, reasonable battery time, lots of vapor for its size. Nervously excited to try it out.

First post. Never tried any e-cig before. ordered the Volt pro kit from smokelessimage yesterday.
I currently smoke 10-15 marlboro ultralights a day.

I have a couple of questions on the Volt from smokelessimage.
How long does one cartomizer last? What is the equivalent to a pack of regular cigarettes?
I'm guessing it's cheaper to buy the liquid then refill myself. When would I need new cartomizers? Is there a limit on how many times I can refill one cartomizer?

Thanks for any help. To be honest I had no plans on buying a e-cig until I found this forum. And read about 200 posts :)

Mine is manual

I just got my first PV last week, and it was the Volt 78mm. I love the heck out of this thing - I can "smoke" at work, at the ballpark, in the bar, and no one bothers me (yet). I'm still on my original charge and cart, and it's operating beautifully. So far, I'm incredibly satisfied. Did you go auto or manual?

Keep us updated on what you love/hate about your Volt when you get it!
