Just ordered from David Yang. Is the FDA stopping shipments

from overseas now? I read in a post in the News forum that they're stopping "some" shipments. I just ordered a 901 and extra atomizers from David last night and then this morning I read that post. Now what do I do?

I really hope someone here has some information on this.

nah..i doubt there are any real issues. These are small retail orders rarely exceeding even 5kgs and is sent via EMS.

Me and my friend's orders from absolutelyecigs.com has never faced the slightest problems and i still get PMs from US forum members that they received their orders without any issues.

i ordered from Eastmall.net last week, got a handful of emails about confirmation of payment, etc (literally minutes after my order), and this morning (not quite a week?) got an email that my order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.

i'd say your order is fine and not to worry.

I've not heard of any USA ecig user who lost a small individual order from confiscation, at least nothing from the known common sellers.

I placed an order from David Yang that included 300 ml of juice, 2 lady pipes, atomizers, batteries, and blank carts and received it in California within seven days. Customs only held it for 12 hours before releasing it for delivery. The box appeared to be unopened.

My order arrived today. It arrived to customs Monday and was out yesterday. Pretty quick, if you ask me.

Mine shipped the 29th, and it's at the USA sorting center today. Is that customs or did it get past customs?

My Central Trade Center order worries me though.

That's customs. It could sit there a couple of days too. Delivery is pretty quick after that.

Mine got to customs yesterday and was released today. Wow that was fast. Should be safe and arriving anyday now. Don't think you need to panic, just keep your eye on the ems site.

Should have in a couple days. Only worry now is if it's my full order. Should be 300mls.

I ordered last week and mine just came out of customs, no problem. It should be here in the morning. My understanding is small shipments are having no problem, it's the large ones that are being delayed or sent back.

well, if the custom deems the package to be a dangerous material, then they might confisticate - but I doubt they'd confisticate small quantity of e-cigs for personal use without FDA ban.

If FDA bans, that might be a bit of problem... but there always be some ways, I hope.
