Just ordered from Ms T's Bakery, now I find out there is major drama going on with her business?

I don't usually order from her because of her slow ship times (in the past I've waited almost 10 days for an order which in this industry is a really long time!) I love her sugar cookie so today I ordered a couple bottles but noticed the ship times were up to 3 weeks...what in the world would take a business 3 weeks to make and ship an order out? I placed the order anyway not worrying about it but then ran across the thread in this section (that is 75 pages long) about all the drama with her business...there is no way I'm going to sit here and read 75 pages of text to find out what is going on with her.

Can anyone here chime in who knows the deal? I feel like I just flushed my money down the toilet and can't afford that.

Sorry you ordered before seeing the update thread. I really liked her sugar cookie too. Believe me it would not have been necessary to read through all 75 pages. The first couple of pages of that thread sums it up pretty well. Now you will get to see what the rest of us have been through as well as what inspired those pages. We really hoped to spread the word so our fellow vapers didn't get screwed like we did.

We couldn't get a word out of Ms T, so we supported each other. I really am sorry you made the order. You will get it eventually and I hope it's as good as it was before. Unfortunately, we have not found that to be the case.

I finally received an email on the 24th that my order was "awaiting shipment" but there has been no update as of today. For a while there she had orders going out every week (between 150-200 orders a week) and now she seems to be lagging again. I basically order from her because of her sugar cookie, it's incredible! But this is the last time for me, not worth all this drama.

seems to me that you could drive to her store and pick it up yourself before she ships it....2-3 months, one could drive ANYWHERE in the country to get juice....

She doesn't have a store. I checked into the option of driving there some time ago since besides being slow her shipping is high *and* I have to pay sales tax being that I live in the same state as her business. Her address indicated that it would be at most a 2 hour drive for me but no joy.

I won't order from her again anyhow. The 6 bottle batch of Snickerdoodle I got last week after a 7 week wait was not remotely the same thing I've been buying for the past couple of years. It would be generous to call it mediocre. Definitely not a juice I'd ever consider ordering a second bottle of. :(

For sugar cookie I highly, highly recommend "Galleta Dulce" from Hurricane Vapors, it's hands down the best sugar cookie I've had yet.

btw.... another juice that I have always had in my rotation is Back Woods Brew, Dulce de Leche. If you like sweet and rich flavors, it's worth a try.

There were several people on the larger thread who had ordered from her after that iirc. That thread was closed after some huge amount of pages but is no doubt recently archived and searchable. My neighbor is the only person I know in real life who ordered from her after she was no longer a supplier here, in early December. She doesn't do ECF and was horrified when she saw something like 900 orders before hers and then found out that the 10-12 day turnaround time was really going to be 30+ days.

There's never been much information about Ms T available on line. The site was updated in mid January to announce that Ms T products are available from a vendor in Florida (ironically right around the day that my outstanding November order finally arrived) and there has been mention of ongoing/recent issues with Ms T on another forum. Whether it is "Ms T"/Tammy Loveless personally or some space alien who is running the 'company' it seems that the business is still actively raking in the cash. Personally, I suspect strongly that it's her..I can't believe that if someone else got the name to use they wouldn't have better business ethics and concern for customers.

Hiya Bully Mom ... I seem to remember some fun conversations and good laughs a few years back.

I am sooooooooooooooooooooo incredibly sad and unhappy ... I backed Tammy when people were dishing, never having been on the end of bad customer service from her ... now ... well, now ... tables have turned and I see what all the upset peoples was about.

I ordered on the 28th of December and in the last week of January my order moved to awaiting shipment ... 2 and a bit weeks later, it moved to shipped ... I never moaned or complained, though I had COMPLETELY run out of juice ... I am still waiting for it to arrive here in Australia ... all $180+ of it :cry:

She sent me a message when my order shipped (14th Feb) stating she had been in hospital and required emergency surgery but since getting over her health emergency she had employed people to help her and things were getting back on track. She said her forum membership lapsed while she was in hospital. I really felt for her.

I have emailed her twice now, once around the 27th of Feb as orders have never taken that long to arrive once shipped and then again the other day ... still nothing and I am feeling TOTALLY crestfallen. I have been a longterm supporter of her, stood up when things have gone pear shaped and had her back.

I'm a single mother ... I can't afford to write off $180+ USD ... given the exchange rate as it's been, it's a lot more than that in $AUD ... and now I have nothing to show for it and I can't afford to buy more from somewhere else ... I saved up to pay for that and now I feel like I've been hung out to dry. I just don't know what to do. The money went from my credit card quick smart ... that I noted this time round.

I KNOW FOR A FACT that Priority International has complimentary insurance up to about $277USD ... I even went to the USPS to look it up and double check so I most certainly KNOW FOR A FACT that it can be claimed upon but proof of original postage needs to be made by the poster (sender) and I can't even get a response to get the ball moving ... I'm just about ready to hand it all over to our governing body that handles this sort of thing ... never ... Never ... NEVER did I expect to be on the receiving end of something like this from Tammy ... I am bitterly disappointed, angry and upset all at once.

All I need is a response and a simple action on her part, original proof of postage ... what do I get??? Nothing!!! After all the times I've stood up and vocalised in her defence, this is what I get at the end of the day ... to add insult to injury, now I need a new supplier too :cry: :-x :facepalm: ... and back to :cry:

It's not just the shipping times but also the juice, it tastes nothing like it use to taste. Either she has sold out or her flavorings are different now and the juice is total junk! I tried a bottle from a friend the other day (a flavor I would get from Ms. T's) and it tasted nothing like it had always tasted before all this drama started. Too much sketchy behavior from her for sure...she's been deleted off my list of vendors.

Holy cow I'm ....... Just found this thread after ordering 3 bottles from them. Guess it'll be a surprise in a few months after I forget I ordered it.

I'm another one that just found out about this after searching to see if anyone had any problems since my order was taking so long. Seel, did you get your order yet?

Sad to see that people are still being sucked in by her, for over-priced juice that isn't even good now. Worst vendor ever, and I say that as a former long-time regular customer.

lol, cant even tell you how many times i say .... a day. dang wished i'd thought of that name in here.

did the charge back last nite. thank you all for these threads, or i'd have been waiting and upset for a long time. I have only ever ordered from there once a few years ago. just thought i'd be impulsive. impulsive is usually never a good thing.

I'm in the same boat. I emailed her awhile back and got a response full of attitude. Charge back it is.
