Upon the first two attempts at filling it, I ended up drinking delicious nicotine juice. The kit I purchased came with cartridges, but what worries me is that they have no absorbent filling inside of them. I am yet to find a video or instruction set online that leaves the juice floating around free.

The kit had 2 cartridges attached to my atomizer when I opened it. However, the other cartridges have small caps on them with a hole that looks like it would be for the wick to stick through into the juice. Are my first two cartridges incomplete? Are all my cartridges incomplete? Am I a complete .....?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.

here is a video. it may be of some help
A PBusardo Review - The Innokin 510T - YouTube

the cartridges in a 510-t doesnt have any filler in them. they are essentially a "tank" that holds the liquid. when you insert the tank into the atomizer there is a spike that pierces the tank and juice then flows into the wicking system inside the atomizer which contains the coil.

Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks. It looks like the pre-installed cartridges without the caps might just be for display lol.

I did the same exact thing... The 2 tanks that come pre-installed are just "plugs" for shipping purposes. You need to use the "spares".

Here is a post with some good info:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ide-breaking-your-first-kit-510-t-rivo-t.html

In a nutshell, you put the end with the cap into the atomizer, then push until you hear it click. This pierces the endcap. You do this the first time w/o juice. Then you can fill it by removing the end-cap (and replacing it before putting it back on the atty) or just use a syringe to squirt juice in the hole you pierced.

Youtube has some videos if you search on "510-t tank". I'm guessing you bought the kit from liberty flights. I could never properly pierce their tanks. I bought some tanks from somewhere and they worked a little better. But within a few days of receiving my kit, I bought some cheap CE4 clearos and I haven't bothered with the 510-T tanks since.

For me, the 510-T kit was a total waste of money.

Thanks again for the replies guys. And I have the tank system. I might have to invest in some cartos soon though!

you may want to skip cartomizers go right to a clearomizer. EVOD i have hear works great (dont own one) or a vivi nova which work good for me. i find they give a more pure flavor then cartomizers do. but cartomizers do work great and are very simple. those T tanks have a tendency to give off a burnt flavor mainly because they dont wick the juice fast enough. if you give it a few primer puffs (which means taking a drag with out pressing the buttom) before pressing the button it will allow juice to flow into the spike and coil a little better. some t-tank systems work better then others. let us know how you like it.

Congrats  Realize the more times you remove the cartridge from the atty the chance of leakage goes up as the puncture hole becomes larger. They do sell caps to remedy this problem but many move on to other juice delivery devices- cartos for example.
