Just started vaping, love it but still miss clove taste.

I am not big on cloves, but I made a batch of DIY Clove for a friend and it really tasted like cloves. I used 100%VG 36mg Nic base and added 25% Clove flavoring from shop.goodprophets.com
I was a clove smoker as well and my bf and I searched for clove flavor when we started vaping. I found a recipe on the DIY forum using Eugenol to make clove liquid. On the upside, it worked very well and was pretty authentic...HOWEVER a word of caution...
I stopped using the clove and moved onto other flavors pretty quickly but my bf stayed with the clove for several months. He started having issues with his throat and we finally realized that because the Eugenol numbed his mouth and throat (similar to how the cigarettes did) that he could not tell when his cartos were dry and was constantly vaping them burnt.
He has since switched to other flavors and the problem went away. I just wanted to give that insight for when you are looking into flavors to see if they use actual clove extract or eugenol in the mix and to be cautious with it.

if you want a direct clove taste buy clove black from liberty flights, i personally dislike it. They changed the flavour from what i can over the last few months but maybe you will like it
Tasty Vapor Kretek is pretty good. Definitely gets pretty close to an authentic clove cig taste, but the smell of the exhale is a bit dodgy / funky. If you vape in an enclosed space, you might want to light a candle or put on a fan (I think the smell is a bit like wet dog, or stinky socks). However, the taste is fantastic.
Liberty flights have a good clove juice. You maybe able to mix menthol with it.
