I've been running this Zen thingie (I forgot its name) for the past few months. Bigger than sin but MAN, it sure does vape nicely.

They look like cousins. ;)

I'm pretty boring, too. As long as it's short & not metal, I'm good.
But for some reason I can't quite pinpoint, I'm definitely averse to putting wood in my mouth.
My current fave:

I like the looks of this tip. Is it acrylic 510 or 810?

Where are all you drip tippers getting your pretty tips especially the 810 ones? I’ve seen cheap drip tips on Fasttech for a couple of bucks then 810 resin goon/Kennedy type tips that cost $20. Last year I bought a couple of pretty 810s but they are too loose to use on most of my attys even after adding a couple of o rings. Maybe they were for just a specific atty but they’re pretty.

I guess I kind of figured that an atomizer tank is designed in a certain fashion so I just use one of the tips that come with them usually a wide bore shortish one. I just can’t seem to enjoy an airy RDA with a 510 tip used with an adapter. If I wanted a tighter draw I’d probably buy an atty with a more restrictive airflow. I could be looking at this all wrong though but like all things in vaping- individualizing our gear to suit our preferences is what’s the best. No one way is the correct way but I do like to hear what others do and why. I’ve learned a lot about vaping this way.

So what’s a midrange price to expect to pay for one?

Those $5 drip tips you see on Fasttech are being sold in the B&M for $10-$12. If you know someone that has a home lathe you can buy acrylic blanks and they cam make you custom drip tips. I've also modified a couple of my RDAs to use different drip tips. Good luck Sara. The search is just part of the adventure. Go on a drip tip treasure hunt.
