WOW!!!! Thanks for the pictures! That thing is one B*& ... PV!!!!!
Thanks everyone for your responses on the cartos. I KNOW its a person by person, case by case scenario, I just wanted a general idea. I wasn't sure if a carto lasted just a day, or a week. Do you clean cartos?
I clean cartos and have described how I clean them in one of my blogs, accessible over at the left under my avatar.
I have a carto on one of my eGos at the moment that has a sticker on it that says "10/01" and "cleaned." This means I started using it around October 1st and cleaned it about two weeks ago. I can't tell the difference (in flavor, vapor, and TH) between this carto and any of the newer ones I'm rotating. I've probably refilled this carto (and several others that I'm rotating) 20 to 30 times. The key is to not vape a carto until you get a burnt taste, which means the atomizer inside is burning the filler. Cartos are so much easier to use to vape than atomizers and cartridges or atomizers and drip tips. You can also use drip tips with cartos (as mouthpieces, like I do, for more mouth comfort than the end of a cartomizer).
I'll drip into the atomizer once in a while (with a drip tip attached as a mouthpiece) usually to test juices, but it's more messy and requires dripping 3 drops into the atomizer every few drags. When I'm done with dripping, I'll have juice on my hands (that leaks out of the atomizer onto the PV when not using a cone cover--which I don't use, because they cause harder draws) and won't be any more satisfied than if I had just used a cartomizer.
