It's a carto-tank.

I am not sure what a carto-tank is. What mods can they be used with? I must have skipped that altogether in my vape journey.

The hayday for carto-tanks was back in 2012-2014. Some of us still use them though.

A cartomizer with a couple of holes punched in hit is slid into a tank. The carto is primed and the tank is filled. That way more juice keeps being pulled into the carto as you vape.

You can use them on any mod.

We used to have a bakery near us that specialized in cakes. And their logo looked a bit like this pic but on top of a cake without the smile. I don't think they ever realized their logo looked a dog dropped a hot steamer on one of their cakes. It may have helped accelerate them going out of business.

I'd be sorta careful with those small and pointy leg/claws it has. You don't want the owl to get caught in the juice holes. It might drown.

@PJReid The owls would be vinyl, think sticker. Black, gold, silver, copper, red, or white. We have a full color plotter, but to do something so small would be a huge waste of vinyl. The smaller plotter I can use smaller pieces of vinyl. Glue is probably 3mm, maybe 5mm.
