I got my button cover in today and was thinking why doesn't it come this way? It makes the button so much nicer looking and feeling than the stock one.
I have psoriasis on my fingers and when they split open it makes the stock button crappy to push. The button cover is so much more thumb friendly for me.
I just dislike the looks of Delrin so much. I left my button cover on for five minutes, just long enough for my wife to ask me what I had done to my "pretty box" to make it look cheap.
Since then I use stock button, but I am a big advocate of metal button covers - praying for their production.

The button cover on my 14500 Mini puts my index finger (finger I use to fire) awfully close to the RM2 hole when vaping sometimes and it gets uncomfortably hot, heat coming out hole. I'm thinking about taking button covers off the 14500 Minis. If I used my thumb to fire, under those circumstances, skin would be even closer to venting cap hole says she, the delicate one.
Well, seems you have your answer why it does not come like that - some people like it, some people do not, some people need it, some people do not...some people are uncertain and needs to try it to find out. BTW, I have one with and one without, I'm still uncertain!
